The Carriage House is an all new build, including all new furniture, appliances, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. This 2-story apartment is very unique and comfortable, constructed for the purpose of storing the owners additional car and boat when they are on vacation at their home in Toxaway. The Carriage House is on a large track of land, in a private setting, and only 500ft from hwy 64. There is an attached shop that guest do not have access to. Owners use shop occasionally. Out of town owner.

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

This beautiful space is a large, 1600 sq foot downstairs basement apartment, with a private entrance through the shared garage. It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort, just down the road is recreational fun for everyone with a pass.
