We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

Great house with lots of amenities in quiet area about 40 minutes to Budapest. We stayed in off-season so lots of things nearby closed but not a problem. Zsolt is a very gracious host, he actually met us to show us around and he was very quick to answer questions and to help out. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We stayed here for 3 days while visiting my wife's mother who lives nearby. Fantastic place, we have a 3 year old and it was very kid friendly - garden games and a trampoline, steps and a toddler seat in the bathroom, kids toys and utensils etc. The place itself was immaculate, lots of space, great garden, lots of room. Everything was spotless and the apartment was very well equipped with everything that we needed. We regularly visit Hungary and will certainly stay here again when we come next time. Szisonia answered all the questions we had and was very responsive during our trip. It was a lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Nice studio apartment, perfect for a short term stay. Easy access to the city center. Super clean. It's easy to contact Nadina which I appreciated, I had a delay on my flight but she was there to give me the keys even at 2 am.

The flat was spacious clean confortable and warm 3 bathrroms and 2 bedrooms very spacious Kitchen very well equiped and confortable lovely views to the parlament specially at night, lovely location in Buda, everything was very nice and hosts where very supportive and kind, responding always very quickly. I will be back !

The lake is fantastically beautiful and the accommodation has direct access (via a staircase) There is a beach buffet with excellent kitchen. Right next to it is a restaurant. The operators are friendly and accommodating. Everything great!

A great apartment with an excellent location!

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

If I could give a higher rating I would definitely do that. Peaceful, beautiful landscapes, direct access to water and dog friendly. Our dog felt immediately like at home. Amazing place to run away from city noises. Zsolt is a top notch host - responsive, friendly and made sure that our stay is excellent at any time. THANK YOU! Will definitely return. Beautiful views, a beautifully decorated house, an island of recharge and tranquility awaited us. The terraces always have sun and shady space that you just want. This is the place we needed now.

János welcomed us so warmly that any language barriers disappeared instantly. We quickly found two ways to communicate smoothly, and he showed us everything we needed. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures – they truly don’t do it justice. Waking up and jumping into the lake in the early morning, hearing the birds, grilling in the evening – it felt like a dream come true. We felt incredibly comfortable, surrounded by nature, and János was always helpful. We’d love to come back, and next time for a longer stay. If you’re planning a trip to Budapest – skip the city and come straight here. It’s absolutely worth it. Thank you, János!

Adrienn is a very kind and helpful landlord, and the communication with her was seamless throughout. Our stay was a very neat, cozy and comfortable house with all the equipment provided for a pleasant stay. The garden was kept beautifully tidy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, close to Lake Balaton, but it wasn't crowded at all in April. There are also 3 easy hiking trails that we have successfully completed, and walked a lot, biked, and even baked bacon in the garden in these few days. We also brought a pen oven, but it was a shame, because it is also in the house...:-) We had a great time, the nearby Promenade Confectionery is a special gem for Balatongyörök! :-) We'd love to go back!

A fantastic little getaway. Super location, right at a little lake. You can bike and row the boat. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ. You can also light a bonfire. We had a very nice relaxing stay.
