In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Restnest Guesthouse: Infrared sauna + Tub bath

On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. "a land of a thousand islands, where tranquility also comes to rest" We are an ideal choice for those who want passive and active recreation. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.
