The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Our guesthouse is located on the Danube bank and has its own beach. It is suitable for both winter and summer to snuggle, retreat, enjoy the proximity of the water and the mountains. Ideal for 4 people: a bedroom-walk-in closet suitable for 2 people and a gallery also for 2 people. Our kitchen is well-equipped: making a light breakfast or a cozy dinner is no problem. When designing the garden, it was important to preserve the natural state: the grass is mowed in an environmentally friendly way, so wild plants bloom in some places.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. It has a 30 sqm private terrace from where you can admire the Danube and the Visegrád Castle.
