Nice house, and good location

Back house, excellent. It has a private patio behind and in front, fenced, and independent. It has a covered parking lot at the kiosk and also a space that can be used, using part of the pergola. The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

The hosts were very kind and made us very comfortable. They were flexible with the schedules. The house was clean and well organized. Everything was working, including having a water filter is very practical. The shower was very nice. It was a great experience.

Alexandra and Maicon are two very kind, warm and friendly people who were always available and attentive to solve any need that arose. The house was fully equipped with touches in every corner, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is located close to a very nice and quiet spa. The center is not far away and you can go anywhere by Uber. In short, a great place to spend beautiful moments :)

Host Cleci was very helpful, very quick contact return, always available. Person of good treatment and polite. Housing and spacious apartment, ideal for spending good times with family and friends. Very airy and comfortable roof. Property well located because it is close to the beach and the center of Tramandaí, close to restaurants and pleasant spaces. Thanks Cleci, for the opportunity! Rudy was a great host, super helpful, left everything to our liking, super organized and clean place, the entrance is shared with another AP, but it is super private, without any problem with other tenants, in addition the ap is very well equipped, has everything you need to spend a few days, very close to the sea too, Rudy was flexible about our pets, as we have two shitzus and saw no problems in taking them, we spent two nights and super recommend, we will definitely be back.

The stay was great. Sandro is super attentive and quiet. He treated us very well, gave us tips on the supermarket, restaurant, etc. He always responded quickly and was available for whatever we needed!

No comments for Aunt's sympathy, and for his quick responses and concern to meet our expectations, I would definitely go back there! And to finish the air-conditioning was already on to receive us is (another level). Note 10!

Very good location, as described on the page. Even better than it looked in the photos, close to the beach, great location in relation to the center and other beaches. We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!
