Honey Farm Cottage

My fiancé and I stayed at Eileen’s beautiful cottage for the long weekend, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s located in a very peaceful, scenic, and quiet location, so definitely recommended for quiet vacations. The instructions to the locations were very clear, and Elineen was prompt in the responses. Also, towns like Skibbereen and Baltimore are about 10-15 mins away - which allows you to explore new places and get on a whale watching tour. We also met Eileen’s mother Jo during our stay, and she was very kind to refer us a few spots around to explore during our stay.

The Cottage, Rath, Baltimore, West Cork

CaroleRating, 5 stars4 days ago
In a nutshell, does what it says on the can! It suited us perfectly. Our dog loved running about in the lovely big garden. The sofas and beds were comfy and welcoming. Loads of brochures and interesting info on things to do locally, pub with traditional music 5 mins walk away (10 mins to stagger back!). The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and Catherine is discreetly on hand to provide anything you need. Can’t praise it highly enough.

The Castle Cellar

DarrenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
“The Castle Cellar” felt like a welcoming home from the moment we arrived. The furniture and décor are fresh and modern, yet the space remains cosy and inviting. Each morning, sipping coffee in the sitting room while gazing out over the harbour and Long Island Bay was a highlight. Donna was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring our stay went smoothly, and her parents’ restoration of the castle at whose foot the cottage sits is well worth exploring—the history there is fascinating. We were in the area for a wedding and already knew local spots, but the ease of everything made our trip stress-free. We’d gladly return on our next visit to Baltimore and highly recommend The Castle Cellar to anyone seeking comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.
