There's also a sauna in connection with the lake. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzaria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

For those of you who enjoy fishing, hiking, cycling or rowing in a canoe/kayak but want a real bed and a hot shower after an active day. Sit by the fire and pitch your tent by the river. Relax with the family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults and our 3 children, aged 2-8, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter our private garden and, during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more private, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playing children in the garden can occur.😊
