The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Cozy Moselle farmhouse

High above the Moselle in the small village of Starkenburg, this cozy house offers relaxation for up to six people. From the rustic kitchen, the view falls through thick natural stone walls down to the Mosel loop. One of the most beautiful stages of the Moselsteig (Jakobsweg) runs directly by the house. Hunsrück and Ahringstal offer great opportunities for mountain biking or forest bathing. The subsequent Riesling can be bought directly from the highly award-winning producers on site and then enjoyed by the wood-burning stove.

Welcome to the beautiful Moselle. Our 3-room apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Enjoy a large BD with a double bed; baby cot available. The modern, bright bathroom has a rain shower and bathtub. There is a separate living room for relaxing. The kitchen with balcony, is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine and much more. Public transportation, train station and downtown are within walking distance.

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the basement, there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
