Our cosy building was newly built in late 2018 and is just few steps to the beach so it is offering the blue sea-view for all rooms. Cozy designed, clean, spacious and fully equipped, this will be an ideal place to enjoy the peacefulness and by the way you also get the chance to experience the local life of fishing village and mural village nearby. Sorry that we do not serve breakfast in house but it is more choices for you just few steps next door.

Eco-friendly house near the beach with 2 bicycles

Every summer we return to this rustic home from the city to breathe in some fresh ocean air and be closer to the rhythm of nature. The house is located in a small local village outside Tam Ky city (around 8km away), and about 40 mins by motorbike from Hoi An. The beach is 2,5km away while the local market is around 1km from the house. More beach, food, and drink options are available in the beautiful village of Bich Hoa Tam Thanh less than 8km away.

A bright bedroom is presented with large windows offering a direct view of the ocean and a beautiful sunset. A spacious bed is positioned against a wall, while soft curtains frame the windows. A bedside lamp and artwork complement the serene atmosphere.

The Host was fantastic, very helpful and responsive plus the place is lovely . Very comfortable and really close to the beach . Great views from the pool too.

My Beachfront House - The Sun & The Moon

Great unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. One entire wall of the room is glass. I wish they was more than just a side door on the wall to open to let in the full ocean breeze. Great kitchen facility, fresh produce and fish nearby. To get the scooter off the street was tricky as only one side of the double door gate opens. Easy fix to replace the floor latch that has been rusted shut from salt air corrosion. This is a very good stay and highly recommend. Plan to return myself. I think the water heater wasn’t working as there was no hot water in the bathroom

I had a very nice time at the place. In particular, Lam's patient and friendly manner sweetened my stay. I had the entire place to myself and could enjoy the beautiful garden very much
