It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed. At a distance of 250m there is the Pisa Centrale train station, the Pisamover and the bus stop, and 1km from the Galileo Galilei airport. Nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias and at 600m you can reach Corso Italia, the main street of the city.

The house consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, induction burners.
