Single-story house completely restored in 2023, quiet and peaceful. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to Loches Forest with many horseback riding, hiking and cycling routes. Lake Chemillé with its tree climbing (5 km). Municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km). Nearby, Montrésor, the most beautiful village in France, Beauval Zoo (20 minutes by car), Loches castles 10 km away, Amboise and Chenonceau 25 minutes by car.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

La Boulange It is a farmhouse that has just been restored with an area of 86 m2 located in the village of the Poitou valley, a quiet and relaxing place, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles and close to Beauval Zoo. Guests can enjoy the garden and even pick seasonal vegetables. The courtyard is enclosed, not overlooked, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol are at your disposal Nearby beach, hikes, cellar tours, etc... are close to the cottage

this apartment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and also discovering the city, its restaurants, bars and especially the magnificent banks of the Loire. Foot on the ground also ideal for cycling the Loire: i have a secure bike storage. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being corner. Breakfast is included with local produce.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.
