The old and very wide walls provide welcome natural air conditioning in summer!

The gîte classified as "3-star Tourist Furnished" is located in a detached house, on an old wine property. It consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living room extended by a bedroom area, a large bedroom upstairs and a duplex studio adjoining with bedroom and mezzanine. Comfortable for a large family or a group of friends, the accommodation offers three bathrooms and three toilets. Sheets, tea towels and bath mats provided. Towels are not provided.

Our property is bordered by the Le Sevron River in its natural state to preserve the biodiversity of the site. For fishing, 800 m away, our town has a very nice pond, with a sports area and pedestrian paths.
