We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

Very happy with this stay, a little paradise that allowed us to be in our bubble. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and responsiveness following one of my last-minute requests. I'd love to come back during the jacuzzi season to enjoy it 😊

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

the cottage is as described. the cottage is very spacious with all the necessary amenities. quiet and relaxing environment. David's instructions are very clear. i would definitely recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by Anya and her young son. The house matches the description in every respect, the organization of the spaces is ideal especially when several couples or families stay under the same roof. The bedding is very comfortable, we really enjoyed the library with all these books, games, DVDs and oracles. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing was missing. Exteriors are top notch. We enjoyed the Nordic bath, the seating area, hammock, petanque court and the surrounding countryside which is just beautiful. And thank you for your little soaps offered upon arrival :)

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a stunning property! The pictures don’t do it justice, we stayed as a group of 7 and it was beyond perfect. Every bedroom had its own bathroom so it was very private on an evening and then downstairs was huge and open plan so was wonderful to share meals and socialise together. The pool and outdoor area was extremely private too. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return.

An interesting layout for a beautiful cottage, it takes a bit to get used to it, amazing views, at the edge of the forest and the village. We had a wonderful time with our friends, lots of activities to do in the area and many places to visit. Thank you for you hospitality, Lumi & Liviu

Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

Had a fab family holiday, the house and pool were beautiful. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, but it's only a short walk into the town. A very hot week and a half, so the pool was well used every day! Someone came by every few days to put the pool cleaner machine in and to top up the water. Good size bedrooms and upstairs bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the lounge area very much as we were outdoors most of the time, but it was also beautifully decorated. Pasties on arrival were a welcome treat! Wouldn't hesitate to return for another holiday. Thank you Mamesse!

Very peaceful & relaxing stay, lovely walk into Monpazier with nice restaurants. Thank you to Gillian for inviting me to go horse riding with her, it was absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be returning.

It is rare to discover, in our time, a resort that combines with so much elegance the serenity of the countryside, the warmth of human hospitality and the proximity to a big city like Toulouse. From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the truly warm and caring welcome of the hosts. Their kindness, availability and kindness went a long way in making our stay an enchanted break. The setting is simply idyllic. The property, located in the countryside, enjoys an environment, absolute tranquility, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. One of the great pleasures of this stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which alone deserves a mention of excellence. Every morning, the homemade bread, prepared with care and passion, was an enchantment for the taste buds. The presence of the two dogs brings an extra touch of life and warmth. This address is a real gem.

We had a great week at the cottage! It's a very quiet and relaxing place! The cottage is very well-equipped (in the kitchen a lot of utensils, dishes etc.) We slept very well, comfortable bedding! And we enjoyed the spacious and unoverlooked terrace! Perfect for families because Marie made available for our baby a crib, a bathtub and even a bouncer seat! For older children and parents, card games, board games and rackets etc. are also available! Marie is quickly available if we have questions and shares good tips for the area, places to visit I highly recommend this cottage!!!

We stayed a week in this very cosy house, nicely decorated, very welcoming. We had everything at hand to spend a great time.

Fabiens home provided the most wonderful stay. We honestly were so impressed by the whole space and think it is incredibly good value for what we paid. I would recommend to absolutely anyone, the location is stunning, the house fabulous and a very helpful host. 10/10

We had a great time at Xavier and Stéphane's. Stéphane welcomed us for the key exchange, to show us the accommodation and give us instructions. He gave us good advice about places to visit as well as local shops. Very welcoming host and ideal place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

We had a great time in Avignon! The house is even better in reality than the photos. The owners are very welcoming, attentive, they put us at ease and we feel at home. The bedding is very good and the outdoor space is very refreshing. The kids loved their dog, who was so nice, and they loved feeding the chickens. The place was very clean and the welcome basket was a reflection of the generosity of the owners. Breakfast was the little extra of the stay, thank you for this delicious jam with fresh bread and salted butter! (Not including fruits, yogurts, croissants, etc.) We also really enjoyed our petanque games and the jacuzzi! Thank you for everything, we will come back without hesitation.

Steve was very helpful always available to answer any questions. The place is a paradise and great walkways, views etc. His caretaker, Pascal, helped us check-in and offered to help…. Even set us up for a day of kayaking not mention and really great guy.

An amazing chance to stay in a real chateau. Really spacious apartment in one of the towers. Lots of places to explore and very quiet and peaceful. Alice and her team were very helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful few days.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. We had the most incredible time, myself and my new husband brought our parents here for a lovely chilled week after the wedding and the place was more than we could have wished for! We went on an incredible wine tour, loads of gorgeous meals in the house and some lovely meals in the nearby village as recommended by the hosts! Both Geert and Marga were really friendly, helpful and approachable and their place is exactly what we were looking for!
