The villa was so beautiful, very stylish and fulfilled all of our needs for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Yannis and Zoe left lots of local treats for us to try when we arrived and the whole villa was equipped with thoughtful bits and bobs that were very handy to have! They also sent us a long list of local beach/food recommendations that was extremely useful! Etia is a lovely tiny hamlet and feels very special to have the chance to stay in, the surrounding ruins and landscape make the place private and quiet, perfect if you love nature. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll be sure to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

In the heart of Mochlos, a small cozy and impeccable apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay, the instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow, the welcome was perfect and the little touches of kindness here and there from Charis and Maria were very much appreciated. The place was healing and relaxing, everything you need to recharge your batteries. The closeness to richti gorge (3min) and Sitia (20min) was a plus.

We spent a few days at Stelios' place finally in September. The place is unique because it is a house in a microscopic village at the end of the road, set in absolute silence. In the village several people and birds. Access from the main road 3km on a narrow road, Toyota Yaris made it (Stelios showed us the first time by the trail). The apartment is big and very well equipped. View of the sea from the terrace. Access to the sea by car, the pebble beach under the village is difficult to reach (we didn't). After the turn of the year in Heraklion, we spontaneously spent a few days in the picturesque village of Tourloti as guests of Despoina. Despoina was very flexible and responded quickly to our request. As with our previous stay, we were warmly welcomed by Despoina and her father. It is a wonderful place to relax and find peace. Many thanks to these exceptional hosts. Compared to summer, the village seemed a bit sleepy - in winter dormancy. We found 2 tavernas open, one in Mochlos and one in Mirsini.

Beautiful place, matches the pictures. The apartment is very clean and the furniture and dishes etc. are as good as new. We were provided with a welcome basket with some Cretan snacks, as well as some honey and wine from Manolis & Despina. The refrigerator was also filled with bread, cold cuts, fruit and water. The property is located a bit off the city center but is relatively quick to reach by car. Only the road to the house is easy to overlook on the first approach and the way up is a bit bumpy. Once at the top, you can't complain about an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and the bay opposite, as well as the tranquility. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We loved the fantastic view from the balcony over the mountains and sea! It was beautiful to slow down a bit on our tour of Crete. Tourloti is a very quiet village that only a few tourists find. We would definitely recommend parking at the entrance of the village in the large parking lot, as the roads are very narrow and steep. The place was super clean and equipped with all the essentials. With the rental car you can quickly get to Mochlos, which is definitely worth a visit with its taverns and cafes.
