Very nice, beautiful living space. Plenty of space and light. Number of seats in the sitting area/living room a bit limited, three or four adults can sit comfortably. Easy to take the bus to downtown Lille or walk along the water. Perfect for a weekend in Lille with family or friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need if you are looking for peace. Nice bed, the bedroom can be darkened well and it is wonderfully quiet. Also nice that you can order a nice breakfast for little money. There were also guests in the other apartment next to us. We've hardly noticed any of that. We made trips to Louvre-Lens, Lille, walked in the adjacent forest and Cap Blanc Nez near Calais. All worthwhile.

perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

The accommodation is a house perfectly suitable for families. 4 adults and 4 children + the dog everyone found their place! The house is very beautiful and the gardens are magnificent and very well-equipped Michèle is charming We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very relaxing stay with Bertrand. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning with honey from the bees in the garden and homemade jams. The local bakery that Bertrand bought bread and pastries from was excellent. As a host as well, Bertrand was super friendly and accommodating. He looked after the pool - we were so lucky to use it so early in the year as the weather was amazing.

Christophe and Sylvie are very friendly and welcoming hosts, impeccable accommodation, very well-equipped! We had a great time! The hot tub was very nice after the day of sightseeing! We will come back without hesitation!

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

We are a family of 6 that stayed at the property for our 2 week summer break. Everything exceeded our expectations and was one of the best Summer holidays our family has ever had. Communication was great We travelled from England and the property was less than 90mins from Calais. The check in was easy and the property has an amazing wow factor when you arrive. The property is well equipped with everything you need and the decor is fantastic we found it even better than the pictures. The house was clean and well appointed and we had more than enough space. The Children loved the pool and all the outside activities. Pecq is a quiet town but there is a lovely bakery & small supermarket in walking distance. We had lots of days out in Tournai at the monthly Sunday Market and the Museums and Galleries which is 15mins away and has larger supermarkets and shops also Lille is only 30 mins away. We would definitely recommend staying here as a family and we couldn't fault it.

Mélis was very friendly and helpful. His house was in a perfect location for us and we were able to get around Lille so easily using the Metro, only 2 minutes walk from the door. The house is very spacious with a sitting out area in the garden. We were amazed at how well equipped the house was. There was everything needed for self catering. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance and also some restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we are in Lille.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. This accommodation is a gem for visiting Lille in peace on foot, close to the citadel to relax and leave the car. In the heart of old Lille, lively but very quiet. A stone's throw away from typical restaurants (estaminets) and very nice The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

No batteries that work in the remote controls to lower the electric blinds upstairs, non-functional bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms. There are also a few utensils missing in the kitchen but otherwise everything was perfect, quality materials. Perfect baby bed with a REAL mattress.

It is a bright and well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Close to good shops and close to the tram in front of a park. Gauthier is very responsive, and his apartment is very clean.

David's place is absolutely fantastic. It's even bigger than it looks in the photos. We didn't miss anything and we had a great time as a family! David is also an incredibly nice and uncomplicated host who responds quickly and is always helpful and flexible. We highly recommend David and the place.
