David's place is absolutely fantastic. It's even bigger than it looks in the photos. We didn't miss anything and we had a great time as a family! A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. nice little quiet apartment, very nice and private garden (no annoying neighbors opposite). Very well equipped and functional. There is everything you need for a vacation. Very good communication with Tadeu and Lucie who were very responsive and did not hesitate to send us an email the day before our arrival to communicate some recommendations. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet was waiting for us with remote control instructions, etc. and brochures on Lens. Feel free to go to the bakery right next to the building, which is worth it, and very nice saleswomen.

Very nice host, fluid and responsive communication, all the instructions were very clear, a pleasure! The apartment has charm, it is not one of these investor airbnb furnished with 3 ikea cutlery, it is perfectly placed, it is impossible to do more central. In short, perfect for a Lille getaway!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Ypres, look no further. What an amazing stay, with the super helpful hosts on hand to help with your every need. Make sure you have a couple of drinks and some food in the grill bar (owners). I’ll definitely be back, already missing the place. Thank you

Apartment in a great location for walking tours. Numerous restaurants nearby + parking. Nearby metro. Anne is very proactive and friendly. Complimentary bottle of beer upon arrival.

Spacious and pleasant home. We stayed with 4 people and that was fine to do. Communication with Sidi went smoothly. He responds quickly and friendly. House is a 30-minute walk from the old town but the metro is around the corner. Recommended.

Great stay! Something for everyone. Quiet environment and yet in the heart of Ypres. Everything is perfectly accessible on foot. Beautiful building and very convenient that everyone's bedroom had a separate bathroom. Definitely recommended to return to.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

Calm and soothing house. Ideal for rejuvenating with others, close to Lille and quickly accessible by bus from downtown. Hosts are very nice and flexible on checkout and check-in times

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.

Thanks to Bérenice and her family for this house which is a real haven of peace. We had a great time there, enjoying the very large garden. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Lille region with family or friends!!
