A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Nauti elämän helppoudesta tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa huoneistossa. Tori, kahvilat, ravintolat ja kaupat 200 metrin säteellä. Rautatieasemalle 500 metriä ja linja-autoasemalle 800 metriä. Kuitenkin erittäin rauhallinen sisäpihan huoneisto puistonäköalalla. Huoneisto on juuri remontoitu, huonekalut ovat uusia ja materiaalit laadukkaita. Asumme ja työskentelemme keskustassa, joten apu on tarvittaessa lähellä. Maksuton pysäköinti on lähietäisyydellä.

For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.

Newly renovated guest house with antique interiors in a quiet and peaceful village 18 km outside Uusikaarlepyy and 2km from route E8. My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Cosy loft apartment, with two bedrooms downstairs and a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the second floor. You walk through bedroom one to reach the other. The apartment is close to nature, but still only 5 km from central Pietarsaari. The apartment is a side building next to our house. The large yard has a playground and is surrounded by fields and forests with hiking trails.
