After a few years of renovation, this popular cottage in leafy Grönslätt is now available again. Large secluded plot with a mix of shrubs, small trees and lawn and a newly built cozy herb garden. The main house has a large terrace for barbecue and socializing. The guest house also has a terrace for relaxing and breakfast in the morning sun before going down to the nearby beach Fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The nearby sandy beaches are numerous.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.
