Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Here you live right by the water just a boule throw from the harbor level, on quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our nice island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars, just houses, small boat ports, walking paths, our famous bow, bohuslän cliffs and salty swimming in one of our nice swimming areas. Yet it is easy and convenient to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

NOTE: No running water in the guesthouse. Guest bathroom and laundry is seperate in the mainhouse. (private for the guests)

Spacious bathroom with combined washer/dryer. Parking included.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Newly built guest house, 35m2. Our cozy guest house is located on our property in Hällsvik, Torslanda. It is 500 m to Hällsvik beach with jetties, sand bottom and cliffs. 2 km to Amhult center with grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to Hällsviksvägen bus stop, from where it takes 25 minutes by Röd Express to central Gothenburg.

Our guest cottage in stunning Hällsvik is located 200 meters (!) from the sea and the nearest swimming area. The guest cottage, renovated 2015, easily accommodates 6 adults in its 33 sqm. Ir has its own kitchen, bathroom, attic with 180 cm bed, separate room wirh bedsofa, washing machineand desk, livingroom with bed sofa and outdoor area.

Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 25 minutes.
