Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

You can bike to a small country shop that can also serve lunch ( 2 km). It is 14 km to the small town of Säffle.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
