The kitchen is fully equipped, the possibility to fire in the wood stove,fireplace. A unique and different cottage with large porch. Self-catering with approx. 75 sqm of living space. There is no public transport available so you will need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theatre and golf course 8 km.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsbys golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover.
