The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car ride of about 30 minutes to the two cities. As you probably understand, there are plenty of different excursions. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland it is only about 30 minutes drive. Pets are welcome but you are responsible for keeping them clean.

Cabin by the sea

Cozy summer cottage with fantastic location on Sweden's sunniest coast! Here you get a nice sea view as the cottage is located on a hill with only 50 meters down to the sea. The cottage is older but with a new, fresh kitchen. A stone's throw away, there is a small swimming area where you are usually alone to swim. If you are a smaller group, you can paddle out with the canoe and swim at one of the islands. In the area, there are many nice walking paths.
