Amazing apartment. One thing to note, though... Once you enter the courtyard where the pool is, DO NOT forget the keys inside. Both outer and inner doors are locked, so if you accidentally close the house door behind you, you're stuck in a tiny prison with a pool. 🤣 Not saying it happened to me... Just FYI 🤣😋 That being said, everything was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Only "downside" is the glass doors to the bathroom. They give little to no privacy when in there. All in all, I would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Dmitry's place. Used the swimmingpool Alot and the rooftop balcony. Apartment is very well located and we visited the shopping mall quite frequently. Walkable distance to the beach.

We had a great day at Ruth‘s place. Check in was very straightforward with a lot of contact via text beforehand. The house is very clean, quite large with a big roof terrace and barbecue. It’s only 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants at La Finca, which are very lively expat areas with quizzes, parties etc. Great experience, really enjoyed it.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a great week. The house is very nice to enjoy as a family which is as we did. No stairs, with an area for the children to play and a stone's throw from the sea. Amparo is very friendly and helpful to anything we need and has also given us local recommendations. New appliances, everything is very clean and a very good and quiet area. In short, we have been made short of the week.

We have had a great holiday in a beautiful complex which is very well maintained.

My children & I loved our stay here so much we stayed an extra week. We have had 3 weeks of peace, rest & relaxation which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I have also gained a few pounds from the crepes & cafe con leche's! I'm a single mum travelling with two kids and I feel extremely safe & very well looked after here. It is very beautiful quiet area, we have walked to so many gorgeous beaches. We feel like we rented a bungalow with a private pool as we have been the only ones using it. I don't have a car and have walked to the supermarkets & used their home delivery service. There's everything you need within walking distance. We are all very sad to be going home which I think says it all. Pedro is a wonderful host and it's thanks to him we've had such an amazing holiday. Thank you for having us & looking after us, I am sure we will be returning next year ❤️

My elderly parents stayed here & enjoyed it. but they had to walk quite a but to get a taxi, if you have a car then great. the apartment was well equipped. Martine was very quick at replying. many thanks.

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

The stay at Viktória's was great. The place was spotless and well thought with everything needed. Great communication, a bottle of wine to welcome her guests (with a wee fridge magnet) and easy check in. The beach is really closed, easy to find a place to park and you can find something to eat very very easily around the area. I do recommend. Thank you again :)

All in all, a super nice house in a nice quiet area. Someone may think it's TOO quiet, but after a day in the slightly larger surrounding seaside resorts, it's nice to have some quiet time. There is safe parking on the property with a gate (the car just can't be too long), and the pool is very large so there was always room for us. However, we missed some sunshades on the rooftop. It's very hot up there in July/August, and there was an umbrella. But it could only be listed few places on the terrace because of an old defective pergola, which stood in the way. It should be replaced by a new pergola, so the rooftop could be used during the daytime as well. Alternatively, there is also a lovely garden with the possibility of shade, so it went anyway. Otherwise, everything was super good. Scott and Francisco are incredibly nice and quick to respond. Clear recommendations from here 🙂👍👍

Great family place, large pool and plenty of room.

I stayed to visit my mother in Torrevieja, with my children and we were very comfortable, the house had everything essential, nice and clean, very quiet urbanization, the pool and park are very good ,we were very comfortable, Claudia was very kind and flexible with the schedule

The house was spotless and was in a great location, near to everything. Great aircon, very spacious and the pool was just outside the door. Overall, a fantastic house.

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment. It met all our requirements. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice. We spent the summer holidays assuming the beautiful.😊

the house is just as it appears in the photos it is a single family with three floors has the patio and the terrace upstairs for the nights and it is quite complete close to Guardamar beach 5 minutes away by car and a kind of park to be able to take the dogs everything very well. Thank you

Lovely quiet villa, neighbours very friendly, pool clean and has good rules to keep it that way.

From the moment we arrived, a beautiful villa in a little gated community. Beautiful surroundings and so peacefully and quiet. Everyone around us made us feel very welcome. Easy check in . Georgina's villa is lovely!! has everything you need, fully equipped and even in the heat of day still remaind very cool inside. Help is always on hand should you need it. Have marked as one of my favs as will return. Would deffinatly recommend this little gem ! Thank you Georgina. Tracey & David x

Everything was perfect as described, and it looked the same as the pictures. Impeccable cleanliness, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the sofa can be opened in the living room. Quiet and safe environment. Warm welcome, clear use. We felt at home, we will be back! I recommend it to everyone!
