This is a large and comfortable studio! 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), well-lit, and equipped with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Praia dos Molhes and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing light meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are nearby!

It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Our house is in front of Lagoa do Violão and has this space for rent in the back. It's on Cal Beach, a few blocks from the sea. Quiet and peaceful place, for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool. Between our house (we are a couple with two children) and the space, there is a large lawn and a solar-heated pool... a delight. The space is large, but it has only one bedroom and comfortably sleeps 4 people. It's the second year of renting and whoever came last season loved it!!

Praia Real Guest House

Our rental property is our guest house, with private and exclusive access for guests. It's located on the same property as our family, attached to the main house. There are two lots, and we maintain the privacy of the guest house. It has a grassy patio and a large balcony for exclusive use, with frontal and partial (due to some dunes) ocean views. In the common area we have a swimming pool, a collective kitchen, a covered barbecue, a leisure area with hammocks and armchairs, a cozy garden, a tank and a clothesline. We offer comfortable beds and fragrant sheets, a relaxing bath with an electronic shower.
