Beautiful house surrounded by pastures ideal to disconnect and enjoy a few days of rest. The host was always looking out for us. The house is very well equipped. I recommend it above all for summer by the pool, the bbq and the size of the plot.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

The stay at the house was 10! The house is spectacular, good location, good location, privacy, good cleanliness, and the heated pool definitely adds points to the rating. The house is great both for spending the weekend without leaving it and for taking walks in the area. Reinosa and supermarkets are very close by. The house is completely renovated but respecting the aesthetics that it surely had years ago. Well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there are few neighbors to disturb or be disturbed by. You can walk down to the village if you like to walk, but if you're going shopping, it's better to have a car. A place to be quiet in the heart of nature. A success and I'm sure we'll be back more often

The accommodation was in a nice area, with a great view of Santander and the bay, and very quiet. The location is very good to visit Cantabria, we went with a dog and a baby and it was very comfortable to move and visit things. On the other hand, Dany and she is very friendly and pleasant and was always attentive to if we needed anything, being very fluid communication.

It was a great stay, the house has everything you need and is super cozy. A very quiet area to enjoy nature, in a spectacular setting and centrally located to visit any point in Cantabria. Israel was very kind and told us places to go and eat. A big plus was the towel and blanket for our little dog. Thank you for everything, a luxury vacation!

The house is spectacular, it has a balcony with incredible valley views. Highlight the stone fireplace and the BBQ. Cozy and spacious, we had all the kitchenware and firewood. Alberto provided us with instructions by message and there was no loss. We were so comfortable that we will repeat for sure!

Olaf was super attentive! He left us a gift and our dog too! The house is just as described, ideal if you are a couple with a pet or with children. The house is very spacious, modern and with all amenities. There is space left over for 9 people. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. It is in a valley that has a very nice car route. Next door is a farm and they let the kids see how they milked the cows. Emelina was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will repeat if I go back to this area.

Laura, the host, was attentive to whether we needed anything, and left us some sobaos and quesada as a welcome. We went with family and friends to spend the weekend and we wanted to spend more days there. In short, we felt right at home.

We had a weekend with the family for Grandpa's birthday and we were all delighted. The surroundings are gorgeous with those green mountains and next to the forest trees, we enjoyed both the back patio and the front porch, we dined in the kitchen that it has fully equipped and comfortable. House equipped with barbecue and firewood that we enjoy a lot. Very comfortable beds and pillows, we sleep great. The upstairs bedroom room has some belux on the ceiling that we forgot to see if they could be closed before bed, it's a matter of asking. It has a magnifying glass and other nearby supermarkets where we bought what we had forgotten. We would definitely repeat

A very well-kept house with a beautiful garden. There was room for everyone and we were able to have a very quiet weekend. The host Teodoro was very friendly and there was no problem getting in or out of the house.

What a great place to explore the area. The house is very stylish, clean, and comfortable. We visited the nearby beaches only 20 minutes drive away and also did some cycling nearby. I also highly recommend the La Ermita restaurant, we had a fantastic meal there.

Ubiarco is a beautiful village close to the coast, the house is beautiful and set with very good taste. 100% recommended, don't miss the chance to stay here. Severiana, we will be back!
