Located in the Grimaca building on the beachfront of La Concha beach, with a large parking space just 150 meters away. Completely renovated and furnished in 2024. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one included in a bedroom), bright living room and kitchen, and terrace overlooking the beach where you will enjoy the relaxing sound of ocean waves. This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
