Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Nous avons été charmé par ce petit coin de paradis. Lit confortable, espace immaculé, fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfait pour relaxer à l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des vélos puisque le village est tout près. Andrea nous a fait d’excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Séjour de 3 nuits effectué dans cet appartement. Les photos et description de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Le logement est confortable et suffisamment grand. La décoration a du cachet et s’adapte bien au lieu. La localisation est idéale puisque à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Lecce et au cœur de la ville (nous n’avions pas de voiture). Rien à redire sur la propreté. Merci à Fabio de nous avoir donné toutes les instructions et pour avoir faciliter un early Check in. Deux petites remarques : prévoir peut-être un peu plus d’équipements dans la cuisine & un tancarville plus grand pour étendre le linge. Certains commentaires mentionnent les nuisances sonores, effectivement elles sont « notables » mais elles ne nous ont pas du tout gênées lors de notre séjour puisque assez lointaines et n’ont pas duré si tard. Belle adresse !

Wonderful location in a lovely town. We could not fault this well appointed haven after travelling almost 30 hours from the bottom half of the world. Mario gave v good advice on car parking - a tricky issue we had anxiety about. The cream on the cake was the courtyard in the mild Spring sunshine. In the centre of things - but with the bonus of a private outdoor space. Some music from down in the street on a Friday night but really recommended without hesitation.

Wspaniałe miejsce w urokliwej okolicy. Piękny dom z tradycyjnymi elementami i równie piękny ogród z basenem, szczególnie świetnie wyglądający po zmroku. Cicho i spokojnie, bezproblemowy dojazd, mnóstwo prywatności. Bardzo miły gospodarz, zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Z pewnością wrócimy.

Superbe séjour chez Rosanna. Ses parents ont été très accueillants et réactifs. Emplacement magnifique au cœur d’un jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié prendre les vélos pour faire une balade dans les environs et toutes les commodités pour bébé (chaise haute, bassinette, bain). Grazie mille!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome and well taken care of. The location is an absolute dream, perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Excelente opción para recorrer la Puglia. El lugar de hospedaje es hermoso, desayunar al aire libre, cenar al lado de la piscina! Es necesario venir con auto. A few words won't suffice--what a pleasure! Pierfrancesco was the consummate host, going above and beyond anything we could imagine. Unfailingly considerate, he saw to every detail, insuring that we had breakfast, maid service, and other amenities never previously encountered in an Airbnb. The small suite was immaculate, with ample air conditioning during the heat wave we first endured, and comfortable in every respect. The gardens were all ours--lovely in their Pugliese setting. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake, a much-needed respite after days of sightseeing and beach excursions. It will be hard to top the experience!

The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The true winner was the outside space. Lots of areas to sit and relax and a gorgeous pool area. The area is quite private but a quick 10 minute drive into town that is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, you name it. Ostuni was a perfect home base as we were easily able to travel to area towns and sites of interest. Within 1.5 hours there are numerous options but you could also fill your time right in the Ostuni area. We had an amazing week here on a trip to celebrate our daughter's med school graduation and could have stayed longer. Will definitely return to Ostuni and would stay at Luigi's place again without hesitation.

Notre séjour chez Maria à l’occasion de mon anniversaire s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’hébergement et l’environnement sont magnifiques mais c’est surtout Maria qui a fait la différence en répondant à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire afin que tout soit parfait. Les prestations de restauration ont été très appréciées de tous, y compris de ceux qui avaient des intolérances. Un immense merci, je recommande à 100% !

Lucci d’Oriente superó nuestras expectativas. El departamento es amplio, alegremente decorado y está equipado con absolutamente todo: no falta nada. Desde cada ventana se ve el mar, como si estuvieras dentro de él. La terraza con acceso directo al mar es un verdadero privilegio. Subir desde allí hasta el departamento requiere algo de esfuerzo, pero vale totalmente la pena. Es ideal para una familia con hijos, muy cómodo y funcional. Santa Cesarea Terme es tranquila, con algunas opciones para comer liviano y disfrutar un helado. El estacionamiento al lado es gratuito si hay lugar, y muy accesible si se paga. Rita y Stefano fueron anfitriones excepcionales: atentos, amables y siempre disponibles. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Stefanias Haus Nicht an einer naturgeschützten Küste, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, von die man von überall das Meer sieht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt ins Stefanias Haus und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, ist dieser Ort ein absolutes Paradies und Stefania ist eine Uneingeschränkt hervorragende Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit alles tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Da wir unseren Hund Anton dabei hatten, war der große Garten auch für ihn ein perfekter Ort. Von dem Gelände aus kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge über kleine Feldwege auch bis hinunter zum Meer machen. Die Küste in dieser Region ist atemberaubend schön mit vielen kleinen buchten und herrlichen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir können Stefania und ihren paradiesischen Garten uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Mirko und Sharon sind äußerst herzliche Menschen und Gastgeber. Man spürt, mit wie viel Liebe das Haus und das Grundstück gestaltet wurden. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit riesigen bodentiefen Fenstern und Aussicht auf das Meer ein toller Ort zur Entspannung. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück viele Sitz- und Liegeecken; jeder findet den richtigen Platz für sich. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Mirko und Sharon haben uns sehr viele und wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend sowie für Restaurants gegeben, die wir ebenfalls bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen würden. Als Startpunkt für vielfältige Orte in Apulien ist Urmo perfekt; ein historischer Ort in der Nähe ist besser als der nächste. Wir werden wiederkommen.

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Für uns als Familie war Eddas Haus die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge in Apulien. Das Haus ist sehr schön etwas abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen. Man kann morgens die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen und zum Essen, Spielen und Unterhalten gibt es einen Wintergarten, sowie eine überdachte Terrasse. Das vorhandene ältere Gebäude wurde sehr stilvoll in die neuen Gebäudeteile integriert. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist die Stadt Carovigno, wo man morgens frische Brötchen bekommt und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Man kann Ausflüge zu allen wichtigen Zielen in Apulien unternehmen (Lecce, Bari, Ostuni, Alberobello und viele kleine Ortschaften). Edda ist super nett und hat uns immer mit guten Tipps versorgt.

Trullo Silentio è una proprietà magnifica,abbiamo passato giorni bellissimi in assoluta pace e tranquillità. Valentina è una host ineccepibile,sempre pronta per ogni evenienza e colgo l’occasione per ringraziare ancora di averci aiutati in ogni situazione. Il trullo è stato ristrutturato con estrema cura e gusto e sia gli interni che gli spazi esterni sono perfetti per poter godere appieno una vacanza perfetta. Sicuramente uno dei migliori airbnb che abbia mai visitato..grazie!

Il y a des endroits parfois qui donnent envie de poser ses valises et de rester plus longtemps, ce trullo en fait partie. C est un endroit paisible, hors du temps qui devient, grâce à la piscine un coin de paradis. Toute la décoration, les équipements et l agencement sont pensés avec goût et intelligence. La voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre l ensemble des lieux à visiter et/ou s approvisionner mais le calme des lieux en vaut la peine... loin du tumulte des zones touristiques environnantes. Merci pour ces quelques jours que notre petite famille n oubliera pas :-)
