Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

Very nice house perched in the mountain, offering amazing sea views.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

This is a lovely house with fantastic views. It is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and relaxation. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. You obviously need to drive everywhere and it is important to follow Maria’s directions or you can end up on less good roads. I would love to return.

Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

Even Better Than Expected! We had an absolutely amazing time at this property – the house was even better than the photos! Spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The pool is huge and became the heart of our stay – perfect for relaxing or playing around. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which made it ideal for unwinding. Shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute away, making everything super convenient. The local bakery their fresh bakes are incredible. Restaurants in the area were decent, though nothing particularly memorable. As for the beach – it was okay, but to be honest, the house was just too good to leave! We ended up spending most of our time enjoying the pool and the view. Would definitely come back – highly recommended! Nieves an amazing host!

The views are breathtaking from the patio/terrace. Finca Martina is our little santuary, always very clean, welcoming and just a short 10min drive into competa, The office is in Competa and our main contact there is Martina, nothing is too much trouble. We often sit in the square at our favourite resteraurant watching the locals going about their business. (Awsome food). 30 mins away is Balcon de europa, it's beautiful! Nice little streets with shops and resteraurants. Weve explored places like Gibraltar, Rhonda, Granada all within a couple of hours if you are happy to drive and explore.

We were very comfortable, Angel was always available for any issues or questions we might have. The room is great and very close to the beach.

The house is everything that you would want. Spotlessly clean and full of charm. We stayed during some really hot weather and the house remained cool and pleasant. And of course there was the plunge pool! The patio area is so relaxing for sitting and reading also. The village itself is very nice with plenty of facilities. We travelled by public transport and we had no issues whatsoever. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful time with the family! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and attention. The accommodation is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped for a family stay. Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. The location is ideal for discovering the area while enjoying the calm. A beautiful well appointed Town House situated a short drive from La Herradura town. Everything was a described and we were very satisfied. Valerie was very quick to respond to messages and helpful with suggestions for local restaurants which were excellent. Stanley was on hand when needed and again very approachable and helpful. A great place to re charge in the sunshine!

Fantastic stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and multiple restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was really nice with all the listed amenities. Was also clean and tidy with comfortable beds and furniture. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the hot tub was a wonderful extra that I made full use of. Sandra the host communicated well throughout and was always friendly. Would happily stay there again and reccomend it highly.

We were received very nicely by our hosts. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, in the refrigerator there was food for the first days, so we didn't miss anything! Thank you, Christa and Herbert!

Dulce y Sal is a very nice studio!! Everything is provided, from the equipped kitchen to the excellent bed and the relaxed bathroom, decorated with a sense of atmosphere. The place high on the hill (with views of fruit trees and the sea), the private terrace and the beautiful, refreshing swimming pool that we had all to ourselves… it's all great. We felt very much at home right away, partly because of the pleasant contact with Inez. A car is a must, but Dulce y Sal is a pleasant base from which to discover a lot. We have yet to discover the beauty of Almayate and its immediate surroundings, so we'd love to come back.

What a fantastic place! The stay was exactly what we were looking for: peace, space and amazing views of the mountains. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, perfect for really relaxing. The house itself was sparkling clean and spacious – ideal for our family. The outdoor space was really a highlight: lots of place to play, eat outside and barbecue in the evening under the stars. Everything was well cared for and decorated with attention. Fernando, the owner, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He was reachable anytime we needed anything. We felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

All was good. If you are looking for a quiet place, the finca is perfect. Also to work their the wifi connection was good and fasr had no problems to join online meetings when i was their.

This unit offers a spectacular view, meticulously clean kitchen & bathroom, well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, comfortable couch & mattress, quality linens, strong internet, and newer TVs. Do not hesitate to book this unit!

Place was outstanding! We had such a good time - area fantastic. The home was lovely, outstanding views, beautiful pool area, outside dining area also with incredible view. We loved it there and had a fabulous time in La Herradua. Great beach community. Patricia’s responsiveness was appreciated as were her spot on suggestions! Read her book on the place - super helpful ! Can’t wait to return !

Beautiful studio and apartment in the centre of the village. Gorgeous exteriors, interiors and view. I love the teal green doors in particular. Charming home. Lovely hosts Jo and Gabriel - very friendly, kind and responsive. And - I got to buy Gabriel’s beautiful art! Thank you!

A fantastic accommodation. Perfect for couples. You are completely undisturbed and blessed with absolute privacy. The view and the cottage are beautiful and invite you to linger or spend a cozy day by the pool. The ride up the mountain is a bit tedious, but you will be well compensated by the great views. We found the location of the accommodation to be an optimal center for excursions to Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba. Each destination is between 1.5 - 2.5 hours' drive (all four highly recommended). The place was very clean and very conveniently equipped. Helga is an absolutely reliable and accommodating host.

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!
