Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.

An attic bedroom features a spacious bed with a striped duvet, complemented by a comfortable sofa and wooden coffee table. Large Velux windows provide ample natural light and a view of the outside, while built-in wardrobes are visible along one wall.
