Here you live undisturbed (only one neighbor) surrounded by forests and meadows, perfect for those seeking tranquility and proximity to nature. Enjoy the silence, take a swim in the lake, hike in the woods, pick berries and mushrooms. Or why not take a paddle tour or boat trip in the Baltic Sea/Ellenösjön – canoes/kayaks are available to borrow. There are also plenty of wild animals such as elk, deer, deer and wild boar in the nearby area.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance). Ängens gårdsläghet in Lane Ryr is located on our old dairy farm from the 1800s. Here you can take a break and unwind with either a lovely walk in nature or enjoy a good book on our beautiful outdoor terrace located by the stream that winds around the farm. If you would rather discover the shopping, the farm is 20 km from Torp or 20 km from Överby. 10 km from Uddevalla city center. (the outdoor shower is removed for the season)

Very close to University West. Nowadays, there's also a small smart 32-inch TV on the wall. Note From January 12 to February 6, 2026, the elevator in the property will be renovated and will be out of service.

Balcony with outdoor furniture. Located on our property, behind our house, the cabin is not disturbed by it as the large windows and terrace are towards the forest.
