Vacation rentals with a patio in Toronto

Perfect quaint little spot near downtown, local shops, parks, restaurants, and cafes. Host was very helpful, and Buddha the cat was a very special addition, such a cute and friendly cat. Over all a great stay for why we were in town.

Antoinette was a great host, helpful and responsive. Location was perfect for a concert packed weekend at the Roger’s Centre!

This was the most incredible Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Super flexible check in and check out, so thoughtful with lots of snacks laid out and nespresso machine, soda stream, Amazon Alexa, Netflix etc access, washer dryer, beautiful balcony…the list goes on and on! All of these thoughtful touches made the place truly feel like home even if just for a couple of days. Could not recommend this place more!

We stayed for 10 days as 2 adults and 1 baby, and had a very comfortable and convenient stay. Marc was a fantastic host - proactive and very accommodating. He kindly provided a baby crib and high chair which were super helpful. The place itself was spotless, stylish, and extremely convenient. It’s very well equipped, with everything you could need. It’s just like being in your own home, from kitchen appliances to random things like zip lock bags or toiletries! It’s in a safe area downtown that’s conveniently under 10 mins walk to the main subway as well as main attractions. There’s also a concierge. And being on top of a Starbucks is great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment.

Great location and size.. Easy to find and access would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barb's place. The next time we’re in Toronto, I’ll definitely check if it’s available. Barb was super helpful—from the great instructions to her clear communication. We didn’t have a single problem while we were there, but I have no doubt that if we had, she would have taken care of it right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was clean and easy to use, the living room was spacious, the bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable — everything was perfect. We felt totally relaxed throughout our stay. There are great supermarkets and cafés nearby as well. Communication was excellent, and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in Toronto.

This was one of the rare times that an Airbnb actually exceeded expectations. Alex’s place is incredibly nice - modern, clean, spacious. Having so many baby-friendly items was the huge selling point for us. We loved that the house had a crib (and full kid’s room!), high chair, toys, and a really great play setup downstairs. The location was perfect and very walkable, with a ton of people walking around and going to the shops and restaurants nearby. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Spent a few nights here while in town for work — great location close to public transit or quick uber to downtown core. Lots of restaurants and coffee nearby. The flat itself was tastefully decorated, super clean and cozy. Hope to stay again!

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Trisha was super responsive, empathetic & at our service. I booked this for a girls trip for my bachelorette. She left cute little gifts for us on the beds & in the bathrooms like a bride-to-be sash and relaxation items (face masks, epsom salt, etc.) Immediately after checking in she sent a message welcoming us (it wasn’t an automated message) which was super kind. Any extra items we needed she replied within minutes & offered to bring that very night to which we said it was okay to bring the next day because it was late but she was super on top of it. Master bathroom had heated floors. We are from America & most Canadians in Toronto were mean to us but people around the Airbnb area were kind. I have nothing but good things to say. Great Airbnb with awesome amenities, attentive/empathetic host, great location in Canada within 45 minutes drive of everything we needed to do in Toronto. Would definitely book again!

Ashley is the best host!!! The place is beautiful. Everything is labelled for convenience, cleanliness is very obviously a priority, and convenience for her guests was very important to her as well! Any questions we had were answered almost immediately! If you want a nice and affordable place to stay with a lovely host this is the perfect spot. She even offers a guide to everything around the area. I would book this spot just to be hosted by Ashley again, she really is so genuine and just wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Loved our stay at this beautiful and coquettish landway home. Everything was well thought out and optimized. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, independent shops, and cafes to discover on foot. A gem to experience Toronto like a local. The host was responding quickly. We highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Bessa’s. The house was beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent stay! This bachelor pad was perfect for our needs with a great location near transit and plenty of dining options. The space is compact (bed and couch are close), but everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow, so factor in extra time when leaving. Clear instructions, responsive host - would gladly stay again!

We had a very nice stay in the Airbnb. The location is excellent and easy walk to a fancy mall called the Well. It is also easy walk to major attractions like CN tower. One of our favorite is it has a pretty big supermarket called Farm Boy. It offers many varieties of fresh produce, bakery, and other grocery at very reasonable and the produce is super fresh. The Airbnb has everything we need and is very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfortable like many other guests mentioned. We had very restful nights after long day walking in tourist spots. We highly recommend this place to everyone travel to Toronto. PS: it is approximately 20 -25 minutes walk from Union Station. Uber cost is under $10 Canadian dollars

I absolutely loved the apartment! It was clean, felt like home and really liked the paceful balcony. The place in the center and very close to everything, so it was perfect for my stay. Also, the communication was Amy was very fast and perfect. Will definetly come back!

It was a really great stay! The view was nice, the instructions were clear, and the host was super responsive. I loved how convenient it was to get to restaurants/attractions. Almost everything was within walking distance. Anything that wasn’t walking distance, we had easy access to multiple trains/buses. The apartment was super modern and cozy. I would definitely stay again!

I had an amazing stay in this apartment in Toronto! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The instructions provided were incredibly clear, making check-in and getting settled very easy. Bard, was extremely responsive and helpful — he answered all my questions quickly and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place !
