Villa Lumia

Villa Lumia is centrally located in Pello a short distance from the train station and downtown shops. It's about a kilometer to the Swedish side and an hour to Rovaniemi. Ski trails and Ritavalkea ski resort are nearby. It's a little over an hour to Ylläs and about 2 hours to Levi. Villa Lumia is a spacious and peaceful place to stay, suitable for solo travelers and larger groups. The apartment has a sauna, a hut, a fireplace, and a lot.

A modern cottage in privacy.

A detached cottage on its own with a getaway between two large lakes. Own shoreline more than half a kilometer. The village has a reindeer farm, as well as a husky and snowmobile safaris organizer . Both family entrepreneurs where the service plays. And it's not far from an official disc golf that meets the official winter requirements ( about 14 km from Airijärventie 108, now an 18-hole track in the woods and cliffs).

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There is a car repair shop and a flea cafe in the same building, so there may be traffic in the yard. There's a grill kiosk across the street from the apartment. The apartment does not have its own yard, but there is a playground and hiking trails within a kilometer. Hox! The stove is out of order and we are waiting for a new one

The house is clean, completely renovated from the inside in 2017. In a scenic spot on the banks of the River Tornio. In the summer, there are great opportunities for salmon fishing. Autumn hunting and berry picking opportunities. In winter and spring, great opportunities for snowmobiling, the route runs from the side. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort of Ritavalkea.

We had a wonderful stay at Atte's. The location was perfect for our needs because we like to be independent but not totally isolated. The house has a homely feeling. Atte's father, who lives next door, invited us for a fantastic afternoon out where we grilled sausages on a fire in the forrest. The house is nice and private but accessible (with a car) to many activities and amenities.

A cozy living area features two comfortable chairs with wooden frames and a small round table at the center. A light-colored area rug adds warmth to the wooden floor. Large windows allow natural light, with simple light fixtures enhancing the space.

Really very nice and clean home. I would like to visit again. The host is actually very responsible for everything. The maintenance in the house is really excellent which is really impressive. Each and every thing works very well. There is everything that you need in the house for example the utensils were in plenty of variety and classic. Experienced sauna which was breathtaking and felt nice. As the house in the centre of the Ylitorinio, so the advantage is that every market like S Market is right infront of the house. Everything was all nice and enjoyed.

House by the Tornio River

Minna's home served as a great place to stay for our big party on the way north for a hike. The house was in a beautiful location along the river. Flexible check-in, friendly, clear communication, and a spacious and clean home. Highly recommend!

We were only passing through for 1 night, but we felt very comfortable right away. The house is very cozyly furnished and there is everything you need. Upon arrival, the beds were already made and it was nice and warm. The hosts were very friendly. The value is great. We'd love to recommend it.

The house was perfectly located for our purposes between the different places we wanted to visit. It's right next to a river and a road, but on which rarely a car drives and we didn't feel disturbed. Petri was always available and very helpful! The house was clean and has everything you need.

Lovely place and lovely host! Jari and hid son were extremely nice and available. We lived a tough situation with our car- we got stuck in the snow- texted jari and his son and him not only answered very fast but also come as soon as possible to help us! Also pello is a very nice and quite place- perfect for those who wants to live a good experience in the middle of the snow. I absolutely recommend Pello and Jari's cabin.

The cottage was very nice and compact, everything needed was found, and the accommodation suited my own and the needs of my work trip well. I was very happy about the possibility of charging the car.

Very very nice owners helpful and very likeable the house was super nice and cozy would like to take a vacation there again. Fantastic in the middle of the most beautiful nature and polar lights, there was free, thank you for the nice holiday.

Excellent view, good for seeing Aurora. Nice, friendly owner. He helped us a lot during our stay. Skiing Equipment, Sauna, Fireplace, got everything.☺️ I will come again next time when I am in Finland.

Everything was great, big apartment with a very modern kitchen. The chance to see the northern lights is huge in this area, but unfortunately it was to cloudy. Nevertheless the Location was wonderful, we went for a walk in the snow in the morning and had such a nice view over the woods!

We felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished. The fantastically located and equipped sauna house is shared with the owners, which is absolutely no problem. The whole property is well maintained and is beautifully located on a large lake. The view over the lake with northern lights is unforgettable. Exceptionally friendly landlords who go the extra mile. Jukka gave us very good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.
