It has 4 beds: downstairs there are two sofa beds, in addition, the loft has a bed. There is a sauna on the beach and a terrace in front of it with a table and chairs. There is also a gazebo with a fireplace and a wood stove. There is an outdoor toilet. A boat is available, a charcoal grill can be found on the terrace. Drinking water is sourced from a natural spring with the best and clearest water in the world.

Very well equipped cottage on the shore of the lake

The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, the main building has an access from the outside to the additional room upstairs, with two beds as well as armchairs and a small fridge for two. There is also an outdoor sauna and a glazed barbecue hut in the yard. A jetty on the beach.

Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage with private sauna on the Arctic Circle, a warm retreat where Nordic simplicity meets soulful comfort. Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

The cottage is only for summer use and is equipped with practical and functional equipment, although it does not offer luxury. The cottage yard includes a cottage, a smoke sauna and a composting outdoor toilet.

A peaceful small house by a gentle river. The house has two bedrooms and is equipped with all modern amenities, including an electric sauna for guests’ use. The location is quiet and private, about a one-hour drive from Rovaniemi. The large yard offers plenty of space for children to play. Northern Lights are commonly visible in the area. The property also features an outdoor sauna and a hot tub, available for an additional fee and heated separately.
