We had a beautiful stay in the Apartment. It was perfect for our needs. Very modern and clean. Our little girl aged 3 enjoyed playing with all the toys . The balcony’s were lovely for an evening drink taking in the sun and also got a glimpse of the Disney fireworks show. There is a huge shopping mall within 5 minutes walk that has everything you need and lovely restaurants. We were visiting Disney and found it very easy to get to on the subway. It was only one stop . Would highly recommend this place.

Came for a weekend with friends at Disneyland, we were very well located about 10/15 min away. The apartment was identical to the photos, freshly renovated, it is very nice and you feel good. The bedding is very nice, this apartment is well-equipped Very good communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend! ✨

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Very well located accommodation close to Disney and Val d'Europe. Every night, you can enjoy the park's fireworks show from your balcony! Clean, quiet accommodation, everything you need for a great stay. You are also entitled to a place in the building's underground parking, which is highly appreciated. Absolutely amaaazing! Alexis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and personally welcomed us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. I’m usually a little hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel, but this stay completely exceeded our expectations. We had a good time at the property. We were in Disneyland in just under half an hour on foot. The area was quite quiet and we felt safe at all times (girls' trip). Public transport is very close, so nothing stood in the way of a trip to Paris. Plenty of parking for the car in the area. The place was clean and the communication with Jerome was great! Hot water and good water pressure in the shower are also worth mentioning. Small note, which due to the good price/performance ratio but in the evaluation of the stars with me does not result in a deduction: The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but completely okay for our 4 nights. We would have liked another towel or a thin mat for the floor in front of the shower. Due to the lack of a fixed shower enclosure (bathtub with curtain), the floor was always a little wet.

Audrey is a nice host! House was sparkling clean and matched the pics. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and it felt home! Went to Disneyland and Paris city.. which was comfortable from this place, even at midnight as we used public transport. Will surely stay again, on next visit to Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to downtown. We had a very nice time.
