A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

You can spend a peaceful and pleasant time in our small house with a garden and a large patio loft, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasanda, 4 minutes to the free beach and 10 minutes to the paid beach, and you can benefit from the fresh and natural products in our garden. Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants, vineyards and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host also lives on the same property, quick communication is possible for any needs and questions

Bu ev benim için sadece bir mekan değil; kesinlikle çocukluğumun bir parçası Ailece toplandığımız mutfağı ve o sıcak, tatlı bahçesiyle doksanların başında hayat buldu. Bahçede arkadaşlarımla kendi Urla Olimpiyatlarımızı yapardık: yoğurt kapaklarıyla disk atar, beton saksılarla halter kaldırırdık. İçeride ise tasolar, Legolarım, Atari köşem ve çocukluğumdan kopup gelen o küçük detaylar.. Evimizi çocukluğumun o sıcacık, samimi atmosferini sizin de hissedeceğiniz şekilde yeniden tasarladık!
