A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

You can spend a peaceful and pleasant time in our small house with a garden and a large patio loft, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasanda, 4 minutes to the free beach and 10 minutes to the paid beach, and you can benefit from the fresh and natural products in our garden. Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants, vineyards and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host also lives on the same property, quick communication is possible for any needs and questions

Casa Zen is a comfort space shaped by the vision of my husband, Italian designer Angelo Bellafante. It has the power to take in its guests and keep them there. Evde yatak odalarının kendi banyoları dışında bir banyo ve tuvalet daha mevcuttur. Banyolar oda içinde ve açık banyodur. Mutfağımız ayrıntılı malzemeler kapsar.
