Native timber railway cottage in prime location, with expansive sea views from living room, front bedroom and the big (42m2) deck. Views of the surrounding hills to the rear. Easy access to the beach. Large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room. The bach is run on a hybrid off-grid solar system. Two interior bedrooms, and large, light and airy separate third bedroom by the deck. Polished native timber floors (bedrooms all carpeted). Fully insulated. Gas hob. Fireplace/wood burner.

Palliser Break Beach House - Ngawi

Ngawi is like coastal communities used to be - friendly and uncrowded. 3 bedroom beach house in the traditional & tranquil fishing village of Ngawi. Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax. Bach with amazing panoramic views over Cook Strait & Palliser Bay. Rate is not for the whole house, please enter the correct number of people when booking. (Christmas, New Years & Big 3 bookings must be booked direct, due to restrictions we encounter). Hamden Estate Cottage

Enjoy a stay on our Martinborough vineyard. The cottage is nestled amongst the vines and offers a peaceful retreat from the city. We are 8 kilometres from the centre of Martinborough heading south on the way to Lake Ferry. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting at our cellar door with David who is always happy to talk wine. We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

If you are travelling for work, we are only a minute off the main highway.

Cosy cottage with lovely sea views

Lovely sunny property 2 mins walk to the sea where there is great fishing and diving. Great decks for relaxing the sun. Property has a queen sized bed and child sized bunk bed in the bedroom. Please note bunks are suitable for children only. Lounge has pull out double sofa bed. This property can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Guests will need to provide their own sheets, pillow slips and towels. Blankets and duvets provided.

The Hut

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down. The outdoor bath is the icing on the cake to allow you to take in the views while relaxing in the tub
