The guesthouse dates from the late 1800s and was originally a residence for shoemakers and servants in its time. From Sjøgata there is a short drive to both beach and centre. If you want to book one or more bedrooms, you will have private access to the whole house

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
