Their endeavors included the construction of a tunnel, in 1924, at the rear of the property to provide access to timber on the Whangamomona Saddle where it still remains today. Walking distance to Bell Block Beach and the scenic Coastal Walkway from Bell Block to NP in an hour. Great for a weekend/short visit to the region.

There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).
