Generally. We have a great stay here. If you wish to experience the vibe house of Japanese style (for foreigners like me) with breathtaking view of Mount Fuji (yeah they are not scam - their unit Is exactly giving spectacular Mt Fujisan!) - then in summary this unit a must place to book 😍

It's a traditional Japanese house. It is very well decorated and can easily accommodate 4 guests. When the weather is nice, there is a nice view of Mount Fuji from the house. It's 2 minutes from a beautiful temple. Namely that the house is about 5km from kawaguchiko station, so I would recommend renting a car to be self-sufficient and strolling around Mount Fuji without taking the buses (easy to park): I would 100% recommend this place.

With a car, a perfect place to stay. Without a car, the connection is difficult.

This was an excellent stay and a great retreat away from urban life. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious and provided many amenities. The beds were like clouds and the views from the bedroom were like looking at a landscape painting of Mt. Fuji. The location was quite convenient! The street to the Airbnb is right off the main road that circles round the lake. At the entrance to the street is the bus stop for the Fujikyu loop bus. Across the street is a pedestrian access to the lake and where the swans frequent. Many tourists stop by there to take photos of the beautiful scenery and swans. The Airbnb is secluded away from this busy lake road, so it was still a very peaceful and tranquil stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, had great communication and was very friendly and fun to talk. We will definitely be coming back here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. The house itself is a perfect example of traditional Japanese architecture—peaceful, aesthetically pleasing, and impeccably maintained. It offered a unique cultural charm while also being very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for guests. A special mention to our host, Fujisakura-san, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She was always available to provide guidance and support, whether it was helping us navigate the area or answering our questions with warmth and clarity. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. My family like the place. The surrounding is peaceful. Amenities are as per description and he even provided free toiletries (toothbrush etc). House very clean and insulation is good. Really helpful during winter. Mattress is comfy too. Managed to get clear view of Mount Fuji on the road near to the house. Thanks for having us.

The room was exactly as described, the host super nice and flexible. The room is above a really nice bar, and surprisingly there is no noise at all! However, the room is pretty far from the center, around 45 mins from Shinjuku. So it depends on what you're looking for!

Just as the pictures show, a very nice place for traveling couple like us! The place is clean, and location is convenient with a metro station and a convenience store. Coin laundry at 1st floor is helpful too.

Except that you have to walk a bit to Chiyo house (around 10+ minutes, which is actually a good exercise for us), everything is perfect as described. She is definitely a superhost

I stayed with my mother this time. The owner couple was very friendly and kind. There are also some condiments in the kitchen, which is helpful.The room was spacious, so I was able to relax. It is a space where you can hear the chirping in the morning and healing. I had a lot of fun doing things like sword fighting. I'd like to stay again. It is also a sight to see Mt. Tsukuba, which is filled with abacuses on the walls.It was so lovely. They told us that there were bagel shops and delicious izakayas nearby. I'm also looking forward to walking around next time. After the noise and chaos of central Tokyo, it was great to unwind in Saitama. The accomodation was perfect for solo travel, and had everything that was needed (I would like to highlight the excellent laundromat nearby). The host communicated perfectly and quickly, and was very accommodating to my panicked questions. Wonderful experience altogether.

Very nice accommodation next to the train station, the value for money is excellent, everything is available. There were 2 of us with a separate bedroom. There's even Netflix on the TV and a Konbini right next door for shopping. I would definitely recommend this place, which is very loyal to Japan.

Lovely stay at Yoshi’s place. Very close to the lake. The house is clean and indoor facilities are designed well.

Our family of 8 spent a very unforgettable day in this very Japanese and innovative house... we were deeply attracted to the house as soon as we entered... we arrived a little late... but the owner still received us very warmly... and reminded us to be careful on the way... because it snowed at Yamanakako that day... our family's first experience with snow was here... we were really mesmerized by the beautiful snowy scenery... although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, we still got a veryBeautiful snowy scenery... all the internet-famous check-in spots near Lake Yamanakako are very close... but this time we didn't have the chance to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji... I hope to have the chance to come to this house again in the future... and then enjoy the different scenery of Mt. Fuji... I highly recommend everyone to stay in this cozy and comfortable homestay... there will be a next time only if there is regret...

It was nice to only have to prepare the ingredients for the BBQ, and the price was also reasonable.

We used it with 5 families (9 adults and 8 children), but we had a very pleasant time with the many private rooms, spacious living room, outdoor barbecue equipment, and large kitchen.The parking lot was large and could accommodate a large number of cars, and it was nice for the children to be able to play there, including at the table in front of the entrance. Thank you for your flexibility in check-in and check-out times.

My family and I had a great time at the cottage! It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our young son had a great time playing in the snow and staying warm by the fire. We also got to see lovely views of Mt. Fuji on our drive to the cottage.

A total of 7 people with parents and children in GW. I chose a private lodging with more freedom than a hotel. The location passed through satisfaction and was washed in front of Mt. Fuji. On the second day, I went fishing for Wakasagi, and everyone on the boat came to get wakasagi at Bowes. I also had a meal, so I thought I'd give it to the host next door, but they fried it and let me eat it. It was crowded at night, so I suddenly thought about BBQing. We asked for an urgent response, but we immediately had a grill and charcoal and enjoyed the BBQ deliciously. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but I enjoyed it. Thank you very much. Sorry to bother you again.

Thank you! We had a relaxing time doing a bonfire and BBQ with the kids.It was very nice to have fun and play with the children in the woods as an expedition. The room was clean and tidy, and there were many things to play with, so it was a quick time. I didn't care much about the smell of word-of-mouth.
