My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Spacious unit (too big I can say for the three of us, in a positive way), and napakathoughtful lang kasi may mga maliliit na bagay sa unit like slippers, cleaning materials, and umbrella that you wouldn't think of most of the time pero would make sense that they provided it still/nandun sa unit. Thank you so much for hosting our stay - we stayed on the other unit/listing on the same condo before - we both liked them, but we liked this place a little bit more. Overall, it's been a wonderful 3D2N stay in Manila area.

Patrick's place was perfect for me. While it is true that the apartment is a bit dated, everything was great for me. This is one of the prime units in the building in a loft layout and a small balcony with really nice views. AC and WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. Huge washer was also a bonus. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The place really deserves the title of Muji House with its minimalistic yet elegant design with the right touch of Japanese elements. It really felt like home that even my 2 pets, Moonshine and Sunbeam, felt at home the moment we got there. Also, there are many great restaurants and convenience stores around the area which made our stay hassle-free. Perfect for a staycation with loved ones (furbabies included) 💖

It was a worthy experience. When I stayed there, there was an on going event at the nearby brgy and it was too loud at night. But that is something beyond the control of the unit owner and more likely a concern for the condo management. Overall, the stay was very very good. The unit had all of the amenities i needed for my 3 day trip. The condo is also very accessible. There was a 7/11 behind, a Mang Inasal and a few meters away from SM Sta. Mesa. The host also gave very clear instructions for the house rules. Will definitely recommend the place.

Extremely clean, interior design is great and the view of the city and sunset was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up after yourself but you need to bring your own seasonings or buy some in Century Mall. If you dont feel like cooking then you have just about every kind of food within walking distance or via delivery. Even El Chupacabra is in walking distance which is a must try place if you love Mexican food. The wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in the near future.
