My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

The place really deserves the title of Muji House with its minimalistic yet elegant design with the right touch of Japanese elements. It really felt like home that even my 2 pets, Moonshine and Sunbeam, felt at home the moment we got there. Also, there are many great restaurants and convenience stores around the area which made our stay hassle-free. Perfect for a staycation with loved ones (furbabies included) 💖

Donna’s place is great place to stay. Sure that we will book this again if we come back to the Philippines. What I really like about this place is they allow us to have my fur baby with us. This is one of my top priorities in finding a place.

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

One of the highlights was the stunning view from our window, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. The room itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The owner is very accommodating. I asked if possible for early check-in, it was approved. I had last minute additional guests to check-in, it was totally fine and accommodated. Enjoyed the whole night stay and had to extend an hour to checkout and it was smoothly allowed by the owner. The place is clean and homie vibes, balcony with the view of the garden and pool area. Thank you! Definitely booked this again!

The host was approachable, kind, and welcoming. When we arrived later in the night and needed extra guidance in getting inside the room, our host was prompt in giving us the info we needed. The unit itself was impressively clean and fragrant. Every shelf and table had air fresheners, and we received clean towels, shampoo, and soap even if the listing excluded Essentials. All amenities listed were in great working condition, no problems, no issues, no worries. Would love to come back if we ever need someplace to stay near UST. It's right in front of the overpass, too. Will definitely come back. Perfect staycation

This was my first time booking, and we had a wonderful stay! It was especially great that pets are allowed. There were a few things that could be improved: The check-in process was a bit confusing. I was referred to multiple contacts, and once I arrived at Deca Mall, I was directed to an agent who gave me a brief tour of the unit. The guest form took about 40 minutes to process, and I couldn’t join my companions until it was done. It could’ve been a miss on my part, but knowing the process would take longer would’ve been helpful. I noticed some clutter under the sink and under the bed. The kitchen had all the condiments and utensils, but the induction stove and kettle lacked a nearby outlet. The bathroom sink faucet needs repair as the water pressure is weak, and the kitchen sink takes a while to drain. The host and team were very responsive to my concerns. Also, there’s an Alfamart nearby that’s open 24/7, which was convenient. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness. I would definitely recommend this place!
