Staying at María’s place was truly a wonderful experience. She’s one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met — always sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The place was just as described, super clean and cozy, and the building staff and security guards were also incredibly nice and welcoming. I had a small personal mishap during my stay, and María handled the situation with so much understanding and grace. I’m really grateful for how supportive she was — it meant a lot. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you so much, María, for everything. I would absolutely love to stay again if you'll have me!

Overall I would say this place is good. Great location, nice apartment and it has a climatized pool. I will rate the place five stars but there were some things to note- 1. When we checked in, the keypad locked seemed to not work. It wouldn’t lock and we didn’t want to leave our stuff like that. We communicated with the hosts as they responded quickly and we were able to get a physical key. 2. We noticed there were quite a few items that were broken or cracked. This included the sliding door in the primary bedroom which we told the hosts about. 3. The night before we received a message from the hosts stating that check out was at 10AM instead of 11AM which was what we originally booked. But again the communicated with us and let us stay. I would just recommend that you let people who’ve already booked aware of this change before check in. I think their communication is great which is why none of these things were deal breakers for us. Hopefully it’ll help them improve.

Wonderful place, that felt like a home!! Close enough to everything but far away to not hear late at night!! Gym is great like a personal gym on the rooftop! Security guards also very nice an helpful! The cafe connected is a great option, there is also a good resturant accross the street and 7-11 around the corner! Absolutely would stay here again!!!!!

Table ware was good. Cooking pots and pans in poor shape. No way to light gas stove had to go buy a cigarette lighter to light stove eyes so we could cook! Lift lighter there for next person. Place was nice and very clean! Need larger trash cans, very noisy. Dog barking all the time, and street noise! Place was very convenient for us!

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Se notaba que se preocupa mucho por ofrecer una gran experiencia. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!

Very spacious apartment and excellent location within 1/2 block to El Parrian. Plenty of space for our party of 5 people to spread out. The listing did not included a blow dryer but I reached out to Pascual prior to arriving and a brand new one was provided for our use. The keyless entry was also greatly appreciated as it allowed for our group to go out sightseeing on their own and still have access upon their return. Overall this apartment is beautiful, in a great location and the host was very accommodating and pleasant. I will not hesitate to stay here again if we return in the future.

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

This is an excellent Airbnb. The apartment is clean, modern, full of amenities, as described in the listing, and located in a great part of Zapopan. Anais was friendly, responsive, and showed she truly wanted me to have a good experience. The aparment is in a multi-story building with restaurants and stores on the bottom floor plaza level. The building is located near many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. On Saturday there is a open-air market right next to the building. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you're looking for a place in Centro Zapopan.

El departamento es tal se describe en la plataforma. Con muy buen gusto en el mobiliario y estacionamiento para mi auto. Está en una de las mejores zonas de GDL y caminando llegas a Andares. Hay un Walmart express caminando para comprar lo que ocupes durante tu estancia. Manuel es muy proactivo y trata de dar soluciones a todo. El único detalle son los reglamentos del edifico que son extremadamente estrictos pero esto no es algo que al final sea un factor. Muy recomendable el lugar.

Es muy lindo, está muy limpio y está incluso mejor que las fotos. El edificio cuenta con bastante seguridad lo cual hace que puedas estar muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, el lugar te hace sentir como en casa.

Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos! la ubicación es excelente ya que todo se encuentra muy cerca caminando, la comunicación estuvo excelente, cuenta con cochera lo cual nos ayudó bastante. Durante nuestra estancia cocinamos casi todos los días, nos sentimos como en casa!

Mi estancia en el alojamiento de Natalia fue excelente. El departamento está muy limpio, ordenado y cómodo; tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Natalia siempre mantuvo una comunicación clara y eficiente conmigo. Algo muy bueno para mí fue el estacionamiento y poder hacer uso del gym. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.
