Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce AirBnB!! Nous sommes venus entre amis visiter la Grèce à l'occasion d'un mariage et nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente. Sarantos est incroyablement amical, réactif et accueillant. Il nous a renseigné les activités à faire, les restaurants et lieux d'intérêt ! Il nous invité à manger les œufs de ses propres poules, une salade de son jardin et nous a donné des savons artisanaux grecques. Nous avons également pu apprendre à danser le Sirtaki à ses côtés 😉 ! Un grand merci Sarantos, nous reviendrons de vacances avec de magnifiques souvenirs en tête et .. l'envie de revenir !

George was very quick to respond and gave great recommendations near his apartment! The views were amazing and we enjoyed being just steps from the sea.

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect getaway! Calm surroundings, quiet and an amazing relaxing view. The private beach is a real treat. The place itself is spacious and can accommodate any kind of vacation you can plan for yourself. Tavernas and other beaches are just a short drive away and it’s easy access to some of the area most beautiful sights.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort und werden sicher auch ein drittes Mal kommen. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie durch die unmittelbare Strandlage perfekt geeignet. Einfach herrlich. In der Nebensaison ist dort absolute Ruhe. Nur das Rauschen des Meeres war zu hören. Alles war fantastisch.

We had an incredible stay at the Kiveri Gem House. Harry was a great host — responsive, helpful, accommodating. The photos don’t do the views justice: it is stunning. The private beach is such a wonderful resource to take advantage of. If I’m in Peloponnese again, I would definitely stay at Harry’s again!

Anna und Dimitris waren perfekte Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich einige griechische Leckereien (unter anderem eine sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade und eine riesige Schale mit Früchten). Außerdem gab es viele tolle Vorschläge zu Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer großen überdachten Veranda und einer stimmigen Einrichtung. Absolut alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, es gibt einige Badestellen wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und diversen Läden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es viel zu entdecken in der Gegend, einen Tagesausflug nach Hydra kann ich z.B. sehr empfehlen. Zwar liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, wer absolute Ruhe schätz sollte jedoch bedenke dass das Haus im Ort liegt mit entsprechender gelegentlicher Geräuschkulisse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es absolut empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Miramar Complex. Le logement était confortable, les nombreuses terrasses qu'il comporte très agréables, la piscine très accessible. Le village est charmant et accueillant, la baie magnifique. Nous avons pu réaliser, à partir de notre logement, de nombreuses visites aux alentours. Notre hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique et accessible. Ce furent vraiment de fantastiques vacances! Je recommande ce lieu particulièrement aux familles avec de jeunes enfants ou des ados.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

Nous avons pu profiter de cette très belle maison avec piscine avec nos 3 enfants. Point particulièrement positif sur la piscine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison dans son ensemble est très agréable avec de nombreuses terrasses, un beau salon et de belles chambres. Nous avons trouvé le logement particulièrement adapté pour nos enfants ce qui était ce que nous recherchions. Vassiliki était très proactive pour nous proposer des activités autour de la maison. Grace à ses conseils nous avons pu assister à un concert sur le port. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous les éléments indispensables pour profiter de son séjour. En face de la maison une épicerie ouverte 7/7 permet de parer à tous les besoins de dernière minute. Nous recommandons particulièrement le Gyros de Xiropigado qui est très accueillant et très bon.

Wonderful! A pool with views over the sea, which you could walk to in a couple of minutes.

Ein kleines Paradies mit 2 Balkonen und Blick auf die gesamte Bucht von Nafpoli (toller Sonnenaufgang). Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Eleni und ihrer Familie genossen. Den Kindern hat der Pool gefallen und die kleinen Strände vor der Haustür war gut fürs sichere Schwimmen im Meer (wegen der Steine am Besten mit Badeschuhen). Eleni betreibt ein schönes Café mit Snacks, eine gute Atmosphäre zum Sitzen und Relaxen. In Gehweite gibt es weitere Restaurants, uns hat insbesondere das Delfini - Restaurant gut gefallen. Mykene (45 Minuten), Nafpoli (30 Minuten) und Epidauros (1 Stunde) sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es war eine tolle Zeit und der Aufenthalt sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Άμεση ανταπόκριση με ευγένεια & υπομονή σε όλα τα ερώτημα & ότι πρόβλημα αντιμετωπίσαμε. Φτάνοντας στο κατάλυμα νιώσαμε πως φτάνουμε στο σπίτι μας & μας περίμενε η οικογένεια μας!Ήταν πολύ όμορφο συναίσθημα! Η μεγαλύτερη έκπληξη ήταν πως το κατάλυμα ήταν 10φορές καλύτερο απ αυτό που είδαμε στη σελίδα. Τεράστιος εξωτερικός χώρος ολόγυρα της κατοικίας, μεγάλο άνετο πάρκινγκ, άμεση πρόσβαση στη παραλία στα κυριολεκτικά δυο βήματα, με ιδιωτικό μονοπατάκι! Η θάλασσα ρηχή, αμμώδης & πεντακάθαρη, ιδανική για παιδιά! Το καλύτερο που μας περίμενε ήταν η πεντακάθαρη ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ πισίνα, με θέα την θάλασσα & το κάστρο. Στην παρέα είχαμε 4 παιδιά & δεν θυμάμαι πραγματικά αν βγήκαν απο την πισίνα απο το πρωί μέχρι να νυχτώσει. Όσοι είστε γονείς να είστε βέβαιοι πως θα βρείτε την ηρεμία σας, καθώς τ καθώς τα παιδιά σας περνάνε υπέροχα! Extra bonus το barbecue, που μας βοήθησε να έχουμε υπέροχα ψημένο φαγητό μέσα σε λιγότερο απο 15’! Το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού, μεγάλο άνετο, με μπαλκόνια σε κάθε δωμάτιο!

2 γονείς, 2 παιδιά 9-11, διαμονή 3 βραδιά. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, καθαρή πισινα όσο μπορεί να αξιολογηθεί δεδομένου ότι πήγαμε Απρίλιο, όπως και το κατάλυμα με καθημερινή επίσκεψη από το προσωπικό καθαριότητας, γηπεδακι τένις/μπάσκετ, παιδική χαρά για πιο μικρά παιδιά, η παραλία προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Χρειάζεται αμάξι για τα ψώνια στα πλησιέστερα μάρκετ. Πλήθος αξιοθέατων σε κοντινή εμβελεια. ένα μόνο ψεγαδι υπήρξε με ένα κουρτινόξυλο ενω την πρώτη μέρα διακόπηκε η παροχή νερού για κάνα 10λεπτο. Μάλλον κάποια τυχαία διαταραχή παροχής, εκτός αν σχετίζεται με την λειψυδρια της Πελοποννήσου . Γενικά excellent value for money.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was perfect for cooling down during the hottest hours. Internet speed is good (fine for working with 4p). Hosts were excellent, providing us with some essential supplies on arrival. The house was clean. Outside is lovely, with a good bbq spot with view, and with plenty of spots to sit in the sun or in the shade. Would recommend.

Das Häuschen von Marina ist einfach toll ! Es hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Grill und schöner Abend Beleuchtung ist ein Highlight. Zum Hafen des kleinen Städtchens geht ein schöner Fußweg an einem kleinen Amphitheater und weiteren Ausgrabungen vorbei. Man ist in 5 min an Tavernen und Cafés mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können es nur empfehlen

Tolle, große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhigem kleinen Örtchen. Super Terasse mit Meerblick. Notwendigstes im Ort (Apotheke, Bäcker, Minimarkt, paar Tavernen, Kiosk, Kiesstrand), super Ausgangslage für Erkundungen ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation und unproblematischer Check-In. Alles bestens!

Theodoris and Mari-Leni were both very welcoming and their hospitality was amazing, thank you for that. The apartment had everything and more for the perfect holiday. Situated above the main street in Tolo so it was lovely to watch the movements from the front balcony. I also loved the spacious rear balcony for total relaxation.

Nice town and beautiful beaches. The apartment was spacious and close to everything. Theodoros was friendly and helpful and always responded fast. Nice people and good recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Tolo!

Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό και η Μαρία Αθηνα εξυπηρετική από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο Τολό. Μας πρόσφερε upgraded δωμάτιο στα ίδια χρήματα καθώς αυτό που είχα κλείσει δεν ήταν έτοιμο για λόγους που δεν ευθυνόταν. Όσον αφορά πιθανές ερωτήσεις μας καθώς και check in and check out τρομερά ευέλικτο και εύκολο στο να παραλάβεις/παραδωσεις τα κλειδιά. Τέλος ήταν πολύ φιλική και το μέρος πεντακάθαρο και σε εξαιρετικό σημείο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
