Fully modernized wing building (completely renovated in 2021) in an older style, about 15 minutes from Visby. 15 km to popular Tofta beach. 2 bathrooms, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. TV and fast broadband. Terrace in southwest location with exit from the living room. The separate lawn next to the terrace is free to use. BBQ available. Non-smoking, no pets. Upon arrival by late ferry, later check-in may be agreed.

Rent our modern little house, only a 5 minute walk from Fridhems beach. The house is situated 2,5 km from the kids paradise; Kneippbyn. A lighted bicycle path takes you there or to Visby if you please. Its only 6,5 km to the ferry terminal in Visby and the famous town wall. Up to 5 guests can sleep in the cabin. It comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is big enough for kids to run around and play.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Välkommen till vårt Hus i Tofta. Här bor du lugnt vid en återvändsgränd med bara 10 minuters promenad till Tofta strand och närmsta restaurang. Huset är 74 kvm och har plats för 6 gäster fördelat på 3 sovrum. En 1,80 dubbelsäng, en 1,40 säng och våningssäng. Här finns bekvämligheter så som AC, diskmaskin, wi-fi, m.m. För barnen finns leksaker, lekstuga, studsmatta. Under högsäsong V27-33 hyrs endast hela veckor ut. Måndag till måndag. Boendet står ej för sängkläder och handdukar.

We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

The house is located in Tofta, about 17 km south of Visby, and offers you all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. With its smart floor plan of 50 square meters, the house can accommodate 6 beds with its 2 bedrooms as well as a wonderful social area with combined kitchen and living room. Quiet and beautifully located in the forest edge 800 meters above the Eksta coast. Walking distance to Djupvik harbor with hotel, restaurant, coffee, bar, beach and marina. Unique location in the forest, a 10-minute walk to the sea. Is a well-equipped (see pictures) guest house to a larger house next door. Has its own patio, barbecue, hammock, etc. Nice all seasons.
