We loved the days we spent at Regina's house. The house is even more beautiful than in the photographs, the cleanliness was impeccable, the house is very spacious, airy, and has absolutely everything we could need. Erica is very available, always responds immediately to any request. The jacuzzi, of course, is the cherry on top, as well as the terrace, where we can watch the sun set and have our meals. We highly recommend this experience to all those who want to spend a few quiet days in the countryside.

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

We had a great time with the family at Joao's house. Joao is a very friendly and attentive host. We all enjoyed the lush garden with its lemon and orange trees, while being flowered in the smallest corners. We all felt a real disconnection while staying with Joao. The bedding is excellent and the house has a soul with its decoration and childhood smells. A beautiful beach is 8 minutes from the house by car and all amenities are 5 minutes away. Finally you will understand, a family stay that we will remember fondly.

the accommodation is very well furnished, everything is well thought out, Netflix, bread in the morning, kitchen essentials, and jacuzzi very appreciated after a day of hiking. Beautiful pool with deckchairs for relaxing. i would go back again

Mr. Carlos treated us very well! Super friendly, showed us the whole area along with the activities included in the stay! He also introduced us to local restaurants as well as activities to do in the area! We loved it and plan to be back soon!

Eduardo’s place was the same as described. The pool and deck has been upgraded and it was very beautiful to swim and lounge around the Infiniti pool enjoying the amazing view of the community and hills/valley. The workmanship on this house is amazing - the community felt safe and people were very friendly. Would recommend

Very clean, furnished and well-located accommodation. Ideal for families of up to 5 people. We stayed approximately 12 days and the accommodation has all the necessary infrastructure. Very close to downtown Coimbra and the main tourist attractions. I thank Paulo very much for his attention and promptness. We hope to be able to return again!

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the time of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with the positive, with details thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Definitely an experience to repeat.

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

Beautiful location, right next to the river and the mill. Bruno was a communicative and helpful host. It's very small, as it says in the description, but for 2 nights was ok.

This beautifully updated traditional stone house exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way! It is quaint but with everything we needed for our 3-night stay, including good heat (which we used due to the chilly weather). We gave all 5s except one 4 because the house is right next to the road. The 18" thick walls in the house keep the noise to a minimum and the road is not busy at all, so no big deal. The host prepared a super-helpful booklet of nearby sights and restaurants that we referred to regularly (in both Portuguese and English). We can't recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely lovely! The apartment, patio, pool, and gardens felt like a little slice of paradise. The housekeeper, Rosie, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She brought out toys for our daughter and invited us to have fruits from the garden. Thank you, Rosie!

Functional, pleasant and spacious house. As described and photos. Host welcoming and responsive. There are no negative points. We had a great time. You can rent this house without hesitation. If we return to Portugal, no doubt we will try to rent this house again. There were 8 of us, 7 adults and a child. The pool is lovely. And the hosts are very welcoming. The bottle of wine offered on arrival is a plus that is very much appreciated.

Everything was perfect even the small details. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The inside and outside of the property were really well maintained and the swimming pool was an added bonus in a hot sun weather’sday! Julien and his team created a wonderful place of peace here, with a lovely team and beautiful atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, it's paradise for both, adults & kids. People with dogs also find the perfect place to stay here. Optional breakfast and dinner felt like coming together at a friend's house. We loved it! Thank you very much for everything, we will be coming back for sure!

We had a great stay with our 2 children aged 7 and 10. Luís’s place was very clean, pool and outside space even better than the photos. Location is great as it’s the last plot so not overlooked and lots of greenery around. New bikes were a nice touch as well - kids enjoyed cycling to the supermarket to get food. We spent a day by the pool, drove to the beach to surf and spent an afternoon / evening in Aveiro which was lovely. Luís was responsive and a great host.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed in this house because of its proximity to Agroquinta de São Gens (we had an event there), and it is literally on the edge. The house is close to downtown Ourém. Very quiet place, with an amazing view. The pool is good for relieving the heat. I recommend it.
