Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tobyhanna Township

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! Unintentionally this was the third Airbnb we’ve done at Arrowhead Lake but we’ll be coming back here again and again. Lovely space, Iryna was so clear and helpful, and it was so thoughtfully stocked, from lap blankets and slippers and extra umbrellas to a full compliment of toiletries, plenty of pillows and blankets and the beds themselves were so comfy! Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first family trip as a family of 4. Very family friendly home. Everything was so beautiful. And lots to do.

Gregory’s house was absolutely wonderful—so cozy and warm. We had a great time with our family and really enjoyed using Gregory’s kayak. There’s a lake nearby where we could swim, and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We’d love to visit again next time.

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Fantastic weekend even if the weather was not ideal! Christina was excellent throughout. Locust Village has a HOA which requires some extra paperwork and small fees. It wasn’t complicated to complete immediately after booking as long as you have your car details to hand.

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. This home is the perfect getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, the grill, hot tub, bikes, etc, all were in perfect condition and easy to use. Bobby is an incredible host - always communicative, gave detailed instructions on how to use things and close up the home. We didn't get to use the canoe, but we used just about everything else! One morning it poured and we just sat and read on the porch. The lakes are super convenient - one is about an 8-minute walk away, but you can park at any of them. We met a few neighbors, and everyone was so welcoming/nice. There are a few restaurants within a 10-minute drive (notable was Jubilee), plus grocery stores/Wawa as needed. We will be coming back! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Beatriz was a great communicator. We needed another set of towels and they were delivered almost immediately. We had an issue with room temperature and she responded within a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and Beatriz provided many extras such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea. Even though the house is older, the entire apartment has been remodeled and is attractive. The kitchen stove and refrigerator look new, but if you plan on cooking, the number of pans is limited.There is a private parking space behind the home. There are two other apartments in the building and we could hear the folks walking around upstairs and could sometimes hear conversations from the other apartments. When we arrived, loud music was playing, but it was quiet by 10 pm. Beatriz is an attentive host and the apartment is a good value. I would recommend this listing. Thank you, Beatriz!

Jules and Paul have a great place it is very cozy as they describe. Great communication with the host able to be flexible with us. Great gateway spot!

We had a great stay in Jim Thorpe at the Cyclist's Suite. Place was very clean and cozy. You were so close to everything we needed, including the finish line to the Jim Thorpe marathon that my husband ran would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is a great place to relax, both indoors and outside. Very roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor sitting area. Cats that greet you as you arrive. And an incredibly friendly deer who is so cute stays near the property. Good restaurants are a short drive away.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location near everything in Stroudsburg, but surprisingly quiet and private. Some minor issues (steep staircase with narrow landing; overly sensitive smoke detector; bathroom door handle was janky) but definitely nothing worth losing a star over. Host was incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. Kitchen is beautiful with excellent amenities. Cute, comfortable living room and bedroom. Note: The beds are extremely soft. They were very comfortable for me, but might not be for someone that needs a firmer mattress.

Loved the place! Just like the pictures. Super responsive host. Even shoveled the deck and stairs for us after a snow storm. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had a pleasant stay at Paul's Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here on a work trip. It had all the amenities to be a home away from home.

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

We had a family trip and this place is awesome. It felt like home. Well maintained, clean and organized. Pool access is also good to have and its on the back of property. Overall I can't say how good the place is. Its too awesome.

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Overall we had a lovely stay. Beautiful lakeside views. The home was cozy and clean. A few things- the kitchen did not have basic cooking ingredients, such as cooking oil and pepper. We also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and ran out before the end of our stay. We did not realize from the listing that the lake access would be an extra charge. We assumed staying at the house we would be able to enjoy the lake without an extra fee. It was clear that the kayak/ sport rentals would be an extra charge, but the beach access did not seem to be explicitly stated. Maybe that was our misreading, but just a heads up for anyone else… In addition, the door code provided did not work upon arrival. We had to call and send a picture of our ID in order to get a different code to enter the property.

Great spot right on the lake. Boulder lake is private so not as noisy as Lake Harmony but minutes away. This unit is on the far side so very private, but still a short walk to the pool. The back deck looks directly over the lake and has a grill. The place was very clean and had all the extras we needed to enjoy dinners, games, and some tv. Thanks Eva.
