We have been visiting the Poconos for a number of years. Finally, we had decided to move there permanently…haven’t looked back since. This area is everything outdoorsy kind of people can look for – so much to see and do! As far as the chalet, we have been told by multiple groups that the kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is prepared with the intention of making it a themed, cozy, affordable, and above all clean place where our guests can enjoy themselves, no matter where they come from.

This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations! The pool house was out of this world and offered a truly relaxing experience. Besides the pool, the property had a fantastic array of amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped. There’s a cute little trail in the back that’s perfect for a short walk or just to get a little quiet time. The host's dedication to providing a great experience was amazing throughout the stay. They were communicative and proactive in addressing any concerns (which I had none). This level of service is what sets this Airbnb apart. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The pool house, combined with the host's exceptional service and the abundance of amenities, made for an unforgettable weekend getaway.

We checked in the middle of a storm and coldest day of the year, host was super responsive and helpful. Home was clean and well kept. Game corner was very attractive to the kids. We have started making plans for a summer booking due to having a great experience.

Courtney's place was in an area that was nostalgic for me. The nature and sights bring back wonderful memories. Her home had everything necessary to cook meals, rooms for privacy, a comfortable living room for spending time together, and a backyard porch to be outdoors. Close to the Tobyhanna State Park, supermarkets, and shopping.

We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway than Deer Haven House—it truly lives up to its name! Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast while watching deer and birds just outside the windows. The home is stunning and exactly as pictured; my children were enchanted by every detail and genuinely sad to leave. Ian was an exceptional host—always prompt and helpful. The thoughtful touches throughout the house made all the difference: a baby gate at the top of the stairs, convenient chargers in the bedrooms, and generous provisions of shampoo, conditioner, paper products, linens, and towels to name a few. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One small note for future guests: the stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so the baby gate really came in handy each evening for our little ones. Other than that, this was a flawless stay. We can’t wait to return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was incredibly safe, cozy, and super stylish—exactly what I was hoping for and more. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the layout, and it really made me feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which made a big difference for me. The host was exceptionally accommodating—friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place! The AirBnB was so cozy during the winter weather and the lake was a stunning backdrop for our weekend away. We enjoyed lots of laughs and home cooked meals during our stay. We're already talking about when we can return!
