The accommodation is very spacious, perfect for large groups, the rooms are very comfortable, it has multiple spaces to rest, the pool is very large and a large pasted patio area. Angelica is very friendly, she was always attentive to messages, responded very quickly and accurately. In case it is not booked the day before or after it is very flexible with the check-in and check-out times which is appreciated in the Alma. Only in this hot season is the air conditioners in the rooms, although they all had a fan is insufficient. Generally a great place to stay, highly recommended.

I went with my family and friends the previous weekend and we had a great time, the pool is spacious, as if it was hot it was not necessary to request to turn on the boiler, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food, the rooms each have a fan, the bathrooms are also very good, there is hot water, the only thing is that as a recommendation I would have liked the water to come out with more pressure from the shower, because it came out a little, however in general, everything was very good and comfortable, I would definitely return to spend more days there, the location is very good, it is very close to Six Flags Oaxtepec.

Excellent service from Carlos and Yanet, they were always attentive from the first moment, the directions to get there were clear and the access to the accommodation is easy to find, when we arrived the facilities were ready to use, everything was clean and impeccable, definitely an excellent place to spend time with the family, we have all the amenities, the pool, pool table, foosball, board games, internet, jacuzzi, everything! Really an excellent place!

I thought the place was very nice, very good for spending the weekend with the family! Mrs. Leonor was very attentive and Ms. Mariana too, very good service from both of them and from the gentleman, whose name I don't know, also very attentive! We highly recommend the place!! 👌 👍🏽

Highly recommended, it has many utensils in the kitchen as well as entertainment. We stayed in June, a season when there are many flies, so we recommend that future tenants bring insecticides or some other remedy to avoid having a bad time

The house matched the photos perfectly. Marco was always attentive to our needs and doubts, he always showed openness for any concerns. I was made a fair value of the cost of our stay vs what was offered. The only suggestion is the mattresses as they were somewhat “hard” and they did not allow us to rest as we would have wished.

Viole is a great host, it was a wonderful time to rest, just like the photos, that's what it is. It is an extremely private place, extremely quiet and there is a very good connection with nature. Viole was helping us with some issues that she resolved effectively and made our stay very pleasant. The place is a little hidden, but with Waze you get there because you get there. The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature in the large garden and pool. Everything was as described in the listing. Rocío is one of the best hosts we've ever had, always attentive to what is needed. And a big plus is the flexible schedule, since you can enjoy the house for more hours. We loved it!

The house is very nice and the area is really quiet. The place may need a bit of maintenance, but that doesn't stop you from enjoying the facilities and the tranquility that the place offers. The pool water is cold, but for the hot season it is excellent. Good service at all times, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We traveled with our pets and the space is amazing for them; the host responded in a timely and friendly manner at all times, I would definitely stay here again. As a note: we forgot a medication in the accommodation and Armando supported us with the receipt and delivery of it; 1000% attention

It is a super nice large and comfortable house, it has everything you need, my whole family 😊 liked it I recommend requesting the boiler service. We had topics with the boiler and pump but the managers responded instantly and it was super quick I would choose it once more without a doubt.

Excellent hosts have everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend away from the noise of any city, the pool was great, it was not necessary to use the boiler.

The place is very nice ,the people who are attentive are very attentive and friendly, as is the interaction with Maday, it is beautiful, the garden has many fruit trees , perfect to spend a few days with the family, the kitchen is very well equipped and the pool is clean , we would definitely return !

The house is fine has practically everything, the kitchen is well equipped and has 2 refrigerators 😁 the pool is good the water is cold but already with the heat and it doesn't feel. But one thing that if we can't let go is that the beds are incredibly HARD and uncomfortable. 😫 Also the smell and obviously dirty water leak from the pit is terrible. It is something that would be suggested to take care of. 😵‍💫 (the bathrooms were used properly, the paper was thrown into the basket) The gentlemen who take care of the house are friendly and respectful. We had a great time ☺️

The accommodation is very spacious, the area is very quiet, I highly recommend the stay, we really liked it. As a recommendation I would propose, cover with a loom the pool, that way the sun does not hit so much.

The house is everything you describe and more. Communication with Consuelo was very good and he was attentive to us at all times. The cold pool for the time but the jacuzzi is a wonder, we enjoyed it too much. The house is very clean, linens, towels, etc. all cleaned and in order. Armando, the house manager, supported us with everything we needed to come and respond at all times. The barbecue is in pristine condition. My family and I had a great weekend. We went with our pets who took the opportunity to run around the huge terrain. Really a great option, looking forward to coming back soon

Ana (Co-host) is a super host, amazing communication, great recommendations, super kind and friendly. The property is amazing even better than pothograps, the pool was amazing, giant garden, place is quiet and neat. We really have a good time and definitely will come back. The plus was dona Estela & don Fernando amazing personalities always attentive and kind .. if you go don’t forget to try Estela’s lemon water made of eureka lemons which is fantastic !!!!! …. Would highly recommend this place hoping you have an outrageous time as we did. Thanks Martha and Ana for having us … ☺️

We had an excellent stay. Unbeatable location. It is a very quiet subdivision. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It's already the 3rd time we've stayed. We really love the warmth..the details in the house . We paid for pool boiler service and enjoyed it to the fullest. The temperature in the pool is ideal...as the listing says: temperate. The bedrooms are very nice. It's so much better than what you see in the photos. It's one of the few homes that has such an equipped kitchen. You don't need to bring anything! The terrace is super nice and with the comfort of TV. I was able to take a time to work and the WIfi is excellent! As always, we appreciate Alejandra's attention, which kindly leave us a bottle of wine, a bottle of wine, a fruit basket, and Ice. The whole house works 100% so I recommend it 100% ! We will be back soon.
