Excellent place to stay, the service and communication with José was excellent. We felt at home.

Very nice place; maybe because it was on weekdays there were no more guests than us. The host's attention and the people who work there was very good. The only detail is that until very late you could hear music across the wall from the room, maybe in the adjacent house, but I understand that that is out of the control of the people of Rio Miel. My puppy is delighted with the outside space. Of course, if I return to Tlaxcala,it would be at that option.

Everything is great as always. It's a place we stay at frequently when we go to Apizaco.

The place is just as it is in the photos, the super large pool for swimming at ease. It has a lot of space to do many activities. I would definitely come back. Luisa is an excellent host.

Everything was perfect, the facilities were very clean and very comfortable, excellent location, everything was beautiful, just one comment, which I think is probably the sanitary facilities, the bathrooms smelled bad, a smell of pipes, I hope they can fix it because in such spectacular bathroom designs you can not enjoy 100% because the smell is not pleasant, but in general, magnificent!

Beautiful Loft/studio! ! We loved it! I would only consider that you have to walk about 8 minutes to the village😅. At night it's a bit dark and we had rain :( But there are 24-hour taxis! And the truth is that the studio is so beautiful that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of it! And Lars, super cute!

The apartment is very nice, it is super spacious and has a spectacular view of the volcano from the balcony, it is also very comfortable and large, I would go back every time I return to Puebla

I had a great experience staying at Lydia’s. She was very very attentive and gave me clear instructions on how to enter. The place was exactly how in the photos everything was very clean. It was easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Truly excellent stay. Perfect location close to the historic center. The AirBnB itself is even prettier and larger than the pictures. It is set back off of the street and surrounded by an old cathedral and other apartments. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed—including a jug of water and snacks which were greatly appreciated! We were a bit nervous about the noise level given a prior review, but didn’t notice any noise from the new bar at all (and we stayed on Friday/Saturday)—we slept very soundly with no disruption or complaints. David Paul is a great host! He was a quick, clear communicator, and flexible to our scheduling needs. Highly recommend! Would stay again for sure.

Very nice place. Great ventilation and not hot like a lot of places without air conditioning. Excellent city view and close to Oxxo and City Market. Will stay again.

Eliut is super friendly and although we never met in person, we always kept in touch. My niece forgot a bracelet in the bathroom and Eliut very kindly told me that he doesn't throw anything away, that he keeps everything for when we return for the items. The apartment is impeccably clean and in a very quiet area to sleep, apart from the very comfortable beds and pillows. My mom was in a wheelchair and the elevator access helped us a lot with her mobility inside the building. Maybe the only thing I couldn't find was hand soap in the half bathroom. Outside, everything is excellent.
