This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

Emilie’s terracotta terrace is exceptional. We loved it! It looks and feels brand new. The building is super safe with 24-hour security guards. The unit is gorgeous and completely private. The deck is enormous. Despite being only a couple blocks away from a busy street, the only noise was from dogs in the neighborhood. Emilie is a gracious and generous hostess. Treat her place like it is your own.

A great place to disconnect from the hectic pace of the city. The hostess is very attentive. The arrival is a bit complicated because of the area and geography, but there is no need to worry about the clarity of the instructions on arrival. A safe, nice place and the views are beautiful.

This is a great place in an excellent location. Everything you need is close by. The bed is very comfortable. It is a vibrant neighborhood, but the design of the apartment makes it quiet and peacefull at night. It is in a very good location for exploring the rest of the city. The shower is nice. The host is friendly. I would stay here again, it is a good value for how nice it is.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Polanco! The location was perfect, and the space was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated—we especially loved the artistic touches throughout the room and the building. Marcela and Alejandra were incredibly responsive and attentive, making check-in and communication super easy. The amenities were great, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the locker room after checkout since our flight was later in the day. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX!

Love this little place, it is so quiet which is incredibly rare in Mexico. Comfortable bed, great bathroom perfect shower and solid hot water (also rare in CDMX at this price point). It’s a small space but so nice and quiet, private feeling, attached to a really lovely big house with a gorgeous leafy front patio space with a little table. Perfect solid internet. I got a lot of focussed online work done. It’s on a nice very tranquil street but still close to everything, easy walk to most of the sights and other good areas of the city. Carlos is extremely nice, respectful, and helpful should you need anything. Great spot!
